Holiday rentals with a patio in St. Johns County

Place was exactly as described; there's a reason why there are so many good reviews for this place. Instructions were great, also great to have private parking in downtown St. Augustine (which is very hard to find btw). Highly recommend, just spent a quick night down there and would definitely love to go back.

Stan is EXTREMELY easy to reach and responsive! There is easy access to the beach across the street along with restaurants and coffee shop and smoothie shop all within walking distance. Stan was on top of making sure the 2 parking spaces assigned to the unit were clear for us at all times since others were trying to park there. If you are a light sleeper, a bit of outside/street noise could be an issue n the front bedroom. Clean unit and looks exactly like the pictures. We had an enjoyable stay and will return!

Great place to stay to explore the historic parts of St. Augustine with my 2 year old. Super walkable and convenient! The bed was super comfy and the space had literally everything you need (sunscreen, dry shampoo, flossers, body wash, etc). The first night a fan wasn’t working and the host brought another one by within 30 mins! Thank you for a great stay :)

This place truly felt like a retreat! From the moment we arrived, it didn’t even feel like we were in Florida, peaceful, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and stocked with everything you could possibly need (and more). Brianna was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She was super communicative and quick to respond to my messages. Upon arrival, she even sent us a curated list of local spots and recommendations for St. Augustine, which made exploring the area so much easier. A huge bonus for us: it’s dog-friendly! We brought our pups along, and Brianna went the extra mile by sending us dog-friendly beach and restaurant suggestions too. The amenities were stunning, the surroundings were lush, and overall, it was just the perfect getaway. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, we already can’t wait to come back!

Location is perfect! Very quiet street close to the beach and restaurants and only a short drive to the historic downtown area.

The Turtle's Nest is an adorable little place, very homey, clean, well stocked - even with extra supplies, and the beds were very comfortable. The view is beautiful and the beach just steps out the back door! Rebecca and Rob communicated immediately - they live next door so they are available to help, if anything is needed. They definitely understand how to offer an exceptional rental experience. This place is a gem, we will be back!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful house in St. Augustine! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly maintained — you can tell the owner, Jacob, truly cares about providing a top-notch stay. The location was peaceful and ideal for exploring the historic charm of St. Augustine, yet close enough to everything we needed. Every room was comfortable, and the little touches — like fresh linens, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy outdoor spaces — made our time even more enjoyable. Jacob and his team were exceptional. They were responsive, and attentive to every detail. Jacob made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in St. Augustine. We just returned from a 3 night stay. The home was perfect for the 4 of us! The outside area on the canal was a perfect place to unwind and relax. Loved the close proximity to the beach access and to St Augustine area. Josh was a very proactive host. The area is very quiet, which we loved.

We had an amazing time! We love staying at places with a fun personality and this place absolutely delivered! Not only was the decor perfect, but the personal touches we received were a bonus. This was the first rental we've ever had that didn't require us to basically clean the place before we head out. It was a nice change of pace. You definitely won't regret staying here.

They have literally thought of EVERYTHING!! Plug covers, child locks you can use if you choose, plenty of linens, pillows and towels. They have a first aid kit, foil, Saran wrap, plastic gloves, all the items you need for condiments, there was some ice in the fridge, tooth brushes, the cutest little toothpaste samples you could imagine, shampoo, conditioner and even games for adults and children alike. There was a desk upstairs which was perfect for me because I work remotely. Pool pass was by the door with a pool bag and pool towels all ready available for us! The only suggestion I have is a curved shower curtain because the plastic liner did stick to us while showering and a shower head that has a removable handle to make it easier to bathe our kiddos. Thats just me being picky though because this place was AMAZING! Will absolutely book again! Matt was great and answered all of my questions!

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

I loved the location. We were fairly close to Saint Augustine, and driving to other areas wasn't too much of an issue based on our location. I enjoyed the privacy our location brought and we even had our own dock! I was thoroughly impressed with the property. My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely come back. Also, Felix, the host of this property, was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Couldn't ask for more from a host! My partner and I highly recommend this place for anyone vacationing in the area.

We had a fantastic vacation! The house was exactly as represented in the pictures. The living space was cozy and convenient for our multiple generations. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen essentials as well as unexpected amenities like paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, etc. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds comfortable. The 3 full baths were expertly updated. The putting green provided tons of family fun and the pool was cool and refreshing. We loved the convenience of available beach amenities (chairs, wagon, boogie boards) and found the short walk to the beach to be a great perk. We are definitely considering a return stay at “Don’t You Wanna”!

What a beautiful AirBNB! It was SO clean and was extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful long weekend and will definitely be back!

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

We loved staying here! You cannot beat this location. Would definitely stay here again. Comfortable. Clean. Lots of towels. Beach chairs, umbrella, everything you need for your stay. Easy parking. Thank you again!

Great stay at Joe’s place. The view is spectacular. The unit had everything needed for fun beach days. Clean and relaxing space. Super convenient beach access and close to the pool. Joe was a responsive and accommodating host. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Best rental my family has ever gotten. Walked to the beach and great food selections. Had toys for the kids and multiple items for the beach for use.

This place is very cozy and comfortable except need more seats in living room if you have more than 3 or 4 persons. Walked to see the beach was great and got to see the sunrise. It's beautiful sight. All was good during our staying
