Guests LOVE this condo! It's completely updated and very modern!. Enjoy 2 larger TV's, plus a GORGEOUS view from the 20' private balcony overlooking the Bay! This condo in St. Petersburg is in a great location close to all amenities with many restaurants nearby, including Doc Ford's next door, and shopping nearby. Lots to do; and a 6 minute drive to Madeira Beach! Close to fishing including deep sea. 1-bedroom with a King size bed, plus a new pull-out couch.. all new (not yet shown in pics)!

Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Parking is free and close to the elevators. Plenty of parking spaces are available also.
