The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. There are many family-friendly activities on offer (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers and business travelers.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
