You live with a max. 2 people on the ground floor of our house. There is a large, comfortable double bed in the bedroom, a cozy living room with TV, a kitchen, bathroom and toilet You are fast in the mountains or at lake contanze. Regardless of whether you are looking for relaxation, traveling on business or planning excursions, you will find the ideal starting point for your activities. The city and shops are within easy reach. The apartment has a walk-in shower and possibly a stair lift.

Enjoy your time out in this beautiful and cozy apartment with stunning views of the Grünten and the Allgäu mountains. The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

The Old Tinsmith‘s Workshop

A place to stay as unique as its history: welcome to The Old Tinsmith’s Workshop. Built in the late 19th century, the building first served as a workshop, then as an architecture office, and eventually became my home. Now, a new chapter has begun — and you’re invited to spend your holiday in this one-of-a-kind accommodation in the heart of Leutkirch! Everything you need is within walking distance: a supermarket, bars, and restaurants. Get ready for a special stay!

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Arnold vacation home in the Allgäu

Enjoy your vacation on 90 square meters of living space right in the heart of the beautiful Allgäu near Center Parcs. Forget your worries in this spacious, sunny and serene space! In addition to the fully equipped, newly renovated apartment, you can relax on the sunny terrace with a large garden. Downtown can be reached in 15 minutes by foot, and the outdoor pool in 10 minutes. In the summer months (May - Sep.) a pool with solar shower is available.

The apartment is quietly located, has its own entrance and is suitable for 2 people, possibly with a child. It is 70 m², has a large bedroom with a 140 × 200 + 90 × 200 bed. The living room with kitchen is equipped with a TV, stereo, fireplace and dining table. The cooking area is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils. The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and washing machine

Attic studio

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.

Enjoy a stay in our Masionetten apartment with balcony and mountain view. The apartment is comfortably furnished and perfect for up to two adults and one child. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. In addition, the accommodation is centrally located. In just a 10-15 minute walk, the city center can be reached, just as the famous Center Parc is only a 10-minute drive away.

Studio on Strampfelberg

Welcome to our stylish studio that offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is located in a modern architect's house that was completed at the end of 2023 and combines a quiet, natural location with proximity to downtown. The separate entrance ensures privacy, while the studio is thoughtfully and comfortably designed.

Apartment in Memmingen

In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
