It was exactly like the pictures showed. Very nice location and very cute apartment. Katarina was very friendly, helpful and made always sure we have what we need. Thank you for making this trip unforgettable!

My husband and I spent a lovely week at Asteri Home. The house was exactly as expected and just what we wanted for our week in Crete. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to make breakfasts and a some dinners at home. The main double bedroom was big enough and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dark and the shower is quite small, but we made do. The most amazing part of the house is the huge garden overlooking the sea that has 4 sun loungers, 2 outdoor tables for dining, a BBQ and a dart board. We spent a lot of time sitting at the end of the garden enjoying the view. Véronique and Yiannis are amazing hosts. They were so helpful right from the start - arranging transport from the airport, a rental car, offering suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Kokkini Hani is quieter than other more touristy parts of Crete we visited. We found wonderful Greek restaurants with fresh seafood everyday. The supermarket and shops are all in walking distance. A lovely place!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available for any questions and offering great local recommendations. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk to the beach, charming local tavernas, and shops. We truly felt at home and are already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend!

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The landlords were very welcoming. We were even personally greeted at 2:00 in the morning. The apartment was very clean and as described. The pool was really great and what was also great: The landlords take very good care of the pool. The day after our arrival, we had heavy Sahara rain and there was red dust / sand everywhere. The pool was also dirty and the landlord really worked all day to get the pool clean again. So that we could also use the pool 2x before we moved to the west of Crete. The apartment has good fly screens, so no insects can enter the apartment, except through the apartment door. :D There was only one disadvantage to the apartment. She's really sensitive. So noises come across relatively loud in the apartment. The four of us slept in the apartment, which was a little disruptive. Earplugs were a good solution. :D

The place is good located, calm and not far from the restaurants and the shops. Everything was well organized and the communication with George and Giorgos was very smooth!

We absolutely loved our time here! The listing description was spot on. No surprises as everything was exactly as described. The best part was 100% the beach! Its literally right in front of the apartment! Falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves every night was so nice. Agia Pelagia itself is ideal for a relaxed vacation. The beach is peaceful, very clean, and has a great mix of sandy spots for lounging. There’s also a solid variety of restaurants nearby, plus plenty of supermarkets and souvenir shops just a short walk away. Everything you need is within walking distance. I came here with my best friend and we had the most amazing time. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway!

This apartment is so fun! From the color choices and cool kitschy knick knacks and furnishings to the amazing outdoor patio, we loved this space. Everyone had their own bathroom which made for easy getting ready in the mornings. Great shopping and eating options within a few minutes walk. The neighborhood can look pretty sketchy as several buildings are falling apart or uninhabitable but it actually felt very safe and was quiet.

We (2 adults, 2 children) had a very relaxing time in Sonia's apartment. The surf of the sea accompanied us daily, the October sun allowed us to have breakfast outside daily. It was very special to be able to watch the sunrise in the morning directly on the stairs to the sea! The nearby sandy beach is within walking distance and the sea is wonderful for swimming and even snorkeling. The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. The layout of the rooms and size of the apartment were perfect for us. We felt very comfortable. Thanks for your hospitality, Sonia! :)

Together with my wife and daughter I really did enjoy our stay at Elenis Apartment! We had to leave Crete earlier than expected (due to some private stuff). Eleni was very understanding and accepted our request of shortening the stay. We got a refund of 3 days which was very accommodating!! The flat got everything you need, we spent most of our time on the balcony looking at the sea. The beach close by is nice and quiet. The next restaurant is in walking distance of 25minutes, we do recommend a rental car though.

Great! Go for it! The accommodation: Wow! Clean, cozy, comfort. A magnificent terrace with a private jacuzzi that we enjoyed a lot and a breathtaking view of the small port. A kitchen with everything you need (fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc.). 2 beautiful bathrooms with everything you need (towels, products, etc.). Comfortable rooms. A living room with Netflix, for those who want to relax a little in the evening. The welcome: Wow! Harry was waiting for us with a smile, despite our delay (plane, car rental, the vagaries of travel🤣). On site a lot of things to start our vacation well: fruit, cold cuts, bread, water, coke and lunch (jams, honey, coffee...) The big plus: Thanks to Harry for his good advice (places to visit, restaurants, taverns, beaches...) and his constant availability and speed to respond during our stay. The place: Very nice port, a little noisy and lively in the evening. A good start to travel.

Highly recommend! A quiet area, close to everything. We stayed here start of October with our 14 yr old and 3 month old son. The apartment looks like the photos, very clean andy tidy. Very comfortable bed, was huge 💛. We had asked for a cot, which was there. The pool was lovely, very refreshing, solar heated. We were the only ones using it, due to out of main season, an unexpected luxury. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, literally just outside the gate. Within 10 mins walk is a supermarket, pharmacies, a patisserie with huge pain au chocolates - highly recommend, they also had pastries (cheese and bacon, mushroom and ham etc). If you walk along the sea front for about 20mins get into Gournes which has several beach bars, and restaurants/ cafes, we went to Taverna ambrosia, very good even had a baby change area (not everywhere has these) and soft play at the back. It’s a 45 min walk to the Creta aquarium, definitely worth a see. Ioannis arranged several taxis for us.

Nikos was an out standing host - the property was second to none - really pleased I stayed - if I ever go back to Crete, I will definitely stay at this property - thanks again Nikos for being so friendly and helpful, bo5h you and your wife - by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

We spent wonderful and relaxing holidays in Dimitri's apartment. The apartment is fantastically beautiful and tastefully furnished, with high-quality furniture and it really lacks nothing. The terrace has a unique beautiful view of the sea and we spent many beautiful hours there. Dimitris is super friendly, always available and with helpful tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. he helped us a lot. He also organized the transfer from the airport and it worked out perfectly. The location of the apartment is also perfect. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance and the bus station is just across the street. We highly recommend the apartment, for us the most beautiful so far and we will gladly think back to the time and come back soon.

Had a great stay! Thank you for your warm hosting, as well as your responsiveness and flexibility. The Airbnb is very well located: about 20-25 min from Heraklion by car and 10 min from the center of Hersonissos. Not having a vehicle, I got around by bus or taxi. There is a stop right in front of the accommodation (at the Zorbas Village Hotel) or another stop about 15-20 minutes walk. It is better to have a car to get around, go shopping because the Airbnb is a little out of the way, there is no hypermarket nearby on foot, it is a tourist area with many hotels, the molo café opposite offers free deckchairs. The location is very nice and safe, there are a lot of buses, taxis, cars but it's not too disturbing. The sea is right across the street, not even 2 minutes away, the view from the garden is great (of the sea and the mountains). The accommodation is comfortable and perfect for one or two people. I would definitely stay again.

The stay was great. The location with this beautiful view directly on the sea was outstanding! We felt like at home and the children loved it too. We were always able to reach out to Karolos and he gave us great tips for restaurants and things to do. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Olga and her family are very kind people. The hospitality is exemplary. Her mom Helene prepared Greek specialties for us for the duration of our stay. Through her knowledge we were also able to attend shows of typical dances of the region. I recommend this destination without any issues. We will also go back to deepen our discovery of this Greek island.

The place was as described, very easy to find, clean and with everything that you would expect in it. The apartment is in close proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. The bakery down stairs has good coffee and a great tea selection. The wifi wasn’t that great but that was maybe due to coverage issues in the area. All in all I had a great stay.

Great condo with a beautiful view. We loved walking down the beach towards all the bars and restaurants in the area, great location.

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

The host are super nice, always respond to app and ask if all is well (She had even baked brownies for us). In addition, the apartment is quite spacious and every room has air conditioning. The balconies are very nice to start the day with a beautiful view. The bathroom is also great, with a rain shower and even a washing machine. In addition, everything was clean and well arranged.

Marianna’s place was great - we had a very pleasant time there. The view over the Mediterranean Sea is stunning, and the location is easy to access. Her mum, Sonia, kindly made us a local pie upon arrival, and she was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, and it’s only about 20 minutes to the Heraklion city centre. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, very clean and large apartment Comfortable beds, good quality air conditioning that is adjustable in each rooms Provided a travel cot and high chair for our baby which was very helpful Few steps up into the apartment, but then there is a lift to get luggage up Beautiful view, unfortunately the balcony was out of action for our stay as they were replacing the railing with a glass one - this did make it a challenge to dry clothes, but hopefully wont be an issue for others. Kitchen is pretty sparsely equipped, though we didn't need to do much cooking. Would have been good to have some cupboard essentials provided that you don't want to have to buy like condiments, coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc.

Wonderful place to stay. Right on the beach. Nikos and his father were there whenever we needed them and very attentive. Highly Recommended, as is Nikos restaurant, Libre, the best on the beach by a long way!
