Apartment holiday rentals in Stamford

A friend and I booked this place as a short get away for 1 night, taking 1 dog along with us. Whilst we did have to carry the dog up the metal staircase to gain access, we were forewarned and knew this not to be an issue for the dog we took along. We were clearly notified of the rules for no dogs on the furniture, again not a problem for this particular dog (we wouldn't have taken the other male dog here as it wouldn't have been suitable for him and the wishes of the owner). We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful location and was kindly directed where we could walk the dog by the owner, which included field edges and public footpaths with lovely views. The rooftop terrace was a perfect place to relax for the evening enjoying the warm weather. We found everything we needed and the stay was just what we needed, very peaceful. There are surrounding neighbours but the location still felt private and all communication was easy and responsive. Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

The furniture, especially the bed is all very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are top notch. I never experienced too many pillows or towels in an Airbnb until now! You are a responsive and friendly host. Your location was perfect for our weekend at the National Water Sports Centre and would be even better for visiting sports (football / cricket) fans. It is a short bus/taxi ride into town which is helpful as although there is an excellent supermarket very close by, there are no walkable restaurant options. We really had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this property for a quiet weekend away or any visiting sports enthusiasts. Thank you Naomi

Spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. Centrally located with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. David and Dawn were great hosts and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely stay, second time here!

I couldn't believe how close to the train station it was, but the location is very convenient. The flat has all one needs, including tea, so that one can make a cuppa. It was an enjoyable stay.

Just what we needed for a weekend away, it had everything we needed. The front door/access was a little confusing and we were locked out at one point, but the host was very helpful and responsive! I’d recommend!☺️

Although I was only there over night, I enjoyed my stay very much. We had all we needed and the apartment was very spacious, nice with a cool feature being the pool table. Would recommend, for anyone on a work trip or looking for a night out in the local vicinity.

Perfect 2 bed flat just outside Nottingham. It is lovely and clean and really well decorated. Great kitchen and brilliant outside space too. Asta was really responsive and super helpful! All in all, a brilliant stay!

Our first time to Skegness has to be one of the most memorable stays in England so far our accommodation had a feel like we are at home it was spotless clean ,we loved the layout ,the contemporary furniture & the way the accommodation was dressed felt very warm. Our night stay was very comfortable the beds very comfortable & being in the city centre it was nice & quiet in the evening. Our host Michelle communicated very well with all the instructions running up to our stay. Loved the welcome touch on the door & the little treats. I would highly recommend The Duke Suite at The Rooftops. For another future stay. Many thanks Raj.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, cosy flat in Nottingham! It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit while we were in town for Download Festival. The space was clean, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. We managed to log into our own Netflix accounts easily (sorry to Emily for using your YouTube – we promise we didn’t mess with your subscriptions! 😅). The host was incredibly responsive and kind, even letting us have a late checkout which made all the difference on our last day. At one point, I thought I’d set the fire alarm off (mild panic!), but turns out someone else had just burnt their sausages – crisis averted 😂. Highly recommend this flat for anyone visiting Nottingham – it was a perfect base and we’d definitely stay again!

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

A lovely peaceful place to stay and the hot tub was easy to use and very relaxing. The apartment is well equipped with all the gadgets you could need and an overall feeling of quality. Some really nice and welcome treats on arrival too! The addition of a few basics such as cooking oil would be perfect!

Great location, lots of space, very clean. Ignore the Airbnb photos, the place looks 10x better. The host should get some new photos.

It was great time .The hot tub was clean and bubbly .The whole place was warm and fun .Best place for relaxation and staycation .The host was very helpful and responsive.Though we came late she stayed there and gave a quick orientation and even made the tub for us loved it🥰

A great find, ideal for birding at RSPB Frampton Marsh and Freiston Shore. Quiet, very comfortable & well equipped, though didn't get chance to try the hot tub with the weather! Hope to return.
