Waterfront Oasis on Pettingill Pond. You couldn't get any closer to the water, it's steps away. There are 3 Kayaks, and a paddleboat, firepit and dock for guest use! This a great spot for swimming and watersports! This home has been newly renovated, the effect results in a simple, stylish, comfortable space for guests to enjoy. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.

Sebago Lake Beach Paradise

Brand new (completely rebuilt in 2024) 3 bedroom (including kids bunk room) and 3 bath w/ large kitchen/living room and cathedral ceilings that look out to lake views and a beautiful beach. Large deck on front that faces the water and large back yard great for games, grilling and more. 5 mins to downtown Windham with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping, and 30 minutes to downtown Portland. House is only rented weekly in the summer months (Fri-Fri).

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
