This 3 bed, 3 bath Modern craftsman in the very heart of Silicon Valley is an easy 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and offices that dot University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto. Arriving and departing CalTrain's Palo Alto University Avenue station is easily done with a 10 minute walk. You really don't need a car but the driveway easily handles 3 cars. Gorgeous, comfortable two bedroom Suite

Our light-filled lower level suite has been fully remodeled (completed Feb 2019) and includes two bedrooms (up to 4 Queen beds), a large media room with a fold-out couch bed, and one full bathroom. Total space is approximately 1000 square feet with a private entrance. Amenities include all the perks of our media room and a kitchenette. We wash all linens included Duvet covers between guests. Second bedroom is semi-detached - accessible through a small atrium off the kitchen. This bedroom as a queen bed, a trundle bed that can sleep 2, and a small desk for working from home.

The apartment has a private entrance and is equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, table, dishes, and silverware), bathroom, and full size closet. The studio is furnished with a queen bed, desk, nightstand, and shelving cabinet. Access to washer and dryer may be arranged ONLY for visits of one week or longer (not generally available). One bedroom apartment, just 3 - 4 blocks from University Ave (the main strip) in downtown Palo Alto's shops and restaurants, half block from a great playground, and 10 min walk to the train. Great for business travelers, family with young kids (cool outdoor play space & extra toys to borrow!), Stanford families, and singles & couples. The unit is independent; just the outdoor patio/play space is shared. This apartment is above our garage which is just behind our house.
