We stayed at the farm for a weekend wedding nearby. The barn apartment was exactly as described: comfy, well equipped, fresh and clean. We enjoyed the peace but also the chickens, ducks, turkey and esp Nunzio, the livestock guard dog (he is not loose by the driveway). There are shops and food in walking distance including a farm/organic store. A great place!

Very great place to stay for a retreat or family vacation. Enjoyed and felt like home. The beds were so comfortable and the extra toiletries was even more than expected like Detergant, coffee, etc. Loved the welcome sign with our names and snacks when we walked in.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Sparta was perfect for a weekend away. It was a short walk away from a beautiful private lake and quiet and relaxing. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

We had a great time at this Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The open kitchen and dining area made it easy to cook and hang out together, and there were plenty of games to keep us entertained. The hosts was helpful and easy to communicate with. My girlfriend and I were at a wedding in Frelinghuysen and this was the closest and most affordable option. It was almost half the cost of any hotels in the area worth staying at and ended up being way nicer! The place was very clean and all of the appliances/furniture are very nice. It looks exactly like the pictures and for a one bedroom it's huge. The bedroom itself is a bit small but there's so much space downstairs so it didn't really matter. It's truly the perfect place for a couple to spend a few days. My absolute favorite part was the toilet, no joke. Heated seat, temp controlled bidet, and a dryer when you're done. I could've spent the whole weekend on the toilet. Also, I find a lot of air bnbs and most hotels I've been at have weak water pressure in the shower. The shower here feels like a pressure washer which is exactly what I like. 5/5 place to stay if you're in the area and want something better than a hotel.
