Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Stanly County

We stayed here for a youth state shooting tournament . The boys wanted to fish more than go to the tournament! It’s a safe community with a pond in the back and close access to the lake! We enjoyed it!

We were hosting a wedding and needed a place to stay. The house has everything we needed and was tremendously clean and had unexpected extras that put a smile on our faces. We definitely recommend staying at Ann’s place!

Perfect beginning of summer vacation with a few days of fishing, kayaking and swimming with our grandson. The swing over the water was a BONUS! So fun! The house has everything you need, it is super clean and not far from Albemarle with grocery stores and restaurants. We had some issues due to the weather and Amanda was very receptive and quick to help us work through them. We highly recommend this great lake house!

Spent the weekend here with some friends for a weekend getaway on the lake. The property was perfect, had plenty of space, was clean and felt right at home. Was able to bring my boat and use the open boat slip on the dock which worked out great! Joel was super helpful and proactive with doing anything that he could to make our stay better. Overall a great house if you’re looking for a stay on the lake in a quiet private neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

🌟 Amazing Stay! 🌟 We had a wonderful experience! We needed accommodation for my daughter’s track meet at Wingate, and this place was perfect. It was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a relaxed, spacious, and tidy place to stay!

Adorable home with a beautiful view of the lake. The screen porch was lovely and where we spent most of our time at the house. We grilled two of the three evenings and went into nearby Albemarle one night for dinner. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were very nice. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Please keep in mind, if you are bringing a boat, make sure you bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the driveway is very steep, and we had to park in the gravel at the top of the hill.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful home. Everything was exactly as shown and would totally recommend this place to other family’s that enjoy sitting by the lake and enjoying the amazing views. The host was an amazing person that was very responsive and understanding to my questions. I would surely be back to visit again!

Jane was wonderful to communicate with. Our stay was amazing, and she was very accommodating to our needs or requests even prior to booking. She had everything you need, plenty of sleep space, and CLEAN! If you need a nice peaceful weekend getaway, dont hesitate to book!

I’ve stayed at Malik’s place a few time now. Can’t be the location and what the place has to offer. Very rare to find a 2 bed 2 bath rental on Airbnb when I travel. Would stay again for many years to come.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, stylish decor, and overall comfort the space provided. Ryami was a fantastic host. The accommodations were very comfortable and close to transit. The host was so responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely look for availability here when I’m in the area again.

We had stayed here previously. This time we found it to be just as nice as the first time. The place was clean and comfortable and the fact that the local restaurants & brewery are walkable is fantastic. We will be back next year.

Mena is such a great host! The cabin had everything you could possibly need, all the necessary small appliances you could ever use, well stocked spice tray plus much more! Not to mention, the cabin is decorated so perfectly and the deck is extremely inviting to just sit and read or just enjoy the view of the lake. The dock is perfect for sun-bathing or fishing. Perfect getaway. I will be back!

Arriving at this Janice and Tom’s cabin, our jaws were on the floor. The cabin itself is gorgeous, surrounded by nature and with a wrap around porch to enjoy the sounds of the river and watch fireflies light up at dusk. The pool and pool house are where we spent most of our time. With lounge chairs, a fridge for snacks and drinks and views of the pond and forest, it was a great place to spend our days and cool off. Janice and Tom were communicative, helpful and kind! We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend to those looking for a break from the hustle and bustle. This was exactly the vacation we were looking for. Quiet area, easy to find right on the lake. The house is an older home with a lot of charm. I loved the stone walkway to the lake and the fact the house was not right on the road. The beds were comfortable which I think is hard to find. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Peaceful location just minutes from hiking trailheads. We enjoyed the firepit, listening to the birds, the cozy bed, and the fantastic outdoor shower. We hope to return sometime.

Jim’s place was awesome! We have stayed at several homes in the area over the past few years and his is definitely our most favorite. Perfect getaway for our family. The house had everything we needed and more. Very relaxing atmosphere. Jim was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. Can’t wait to get back to Jim’s place ASAP!

No actual electricity! Not a problem, but less apparent on listing! They accommodate appropriately (generator charging and a fan to be used and headlamp for walk to bathhouse). Overall, wonderful stay and great - just would like more realistic expectation on listing :)
