It is just a 20 minute bus ride or cycle into Vibrant Brighton and its glorious seafront. The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

Gorgeous cabin in Brighton

This gorgeous little cabin is a perfect place for up to 2 adults (sorry no under 18’s) if you would like to be 20 minutes by bus from central Brighton but want to be somewhere quiet to sleep. Somewhere where you can go on a beautiful country walk within 5 minutes and be on the beach within a 15 minute drive. You can park for free and hop on a bus opposite where you are staying. Easily accessed from Brighton and a short bus from Preston Park station. The cabin is cosy, beautiful and stylish.

A stunning 1 bedroom, self catering holiday cottage. Located on a working farm in the South Downs, we are situated just outside Lewes and a few miles from Brighton. The Hovel is an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful South Downs, with easy access by car, bus or bike. There are amazing walks on the doorstep along the South Downs Way, the coast is a short drive away and all the attractions of Lewes and Brighton are a short journey by pedal, bus or car.

Kick back and relax in this spacious one bedroom secure apartment. Excellent transport links with Preston park train station at the top of the road and buses to the city right on doorstep. Bicycle rentals also in front of house. Brilliantly located for access to beach, lanes, gigs, restaurants and the pier. Shared use of large communal garden in really quiet neighbourhood and off street parking. Occasional dog stays here so avoid if hair allergy/asthma.

This lovely Studio Annexe is located above our detached double garage 15 minutes drive from central Brighton and minutes away from the countryside of the South Downs. The road is very quiet & private, with free off street parking. Great transport links by car (A23 & A27 both accessible within minutes), and there’s a good bus service to central Brighton and the seafront which takes about 20mins.
