Monthly Rentals in Stannington

The apartment was exactly as described with most of the amenities you could need for a long term stay. Looked well taken care of and was generally clean upon arrival. The location was great and I didn't encounter any problems with external noise - you do hear noise from the corridors such as doors opening/closing although this is largely to be expected. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, not sure if this is down to the drains or the ventilation system not working correctly (it didn't seem to be doing anything). The hot water appeared slightly cloudy and white, but likely due to hard water. Lots of storage space, fully equipped kitchen with many appliances and lots of counter space. Many power outlets around the room which was very useful. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had, and the checkin/checkout process was very quick. Overall great value for money and would highly recommend.

Lovely light, spacious place. Great location for Sheffield city centre and local countryside. It was very clean and well equipped. Molly‘s communication was also great. Would recommend!

An excellent space with all you might need. A few minutes drive & you out into lovely countryside. Fitted the bill perfectly for me.

It’s ashame there’s a word count because there’s so much to say about this place. WOW, I loved everything… Firstly the reason I booked-This was my first solo trip alongside my little 9 month puppy. Safe to say I was a little anxious HOWEVER this place felt like home. The annexe itself was just like the pictures, modern, clean, spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped (although I didn’t use it much). With fresh flowers too! The location was fab. I planned to explore the High Peaks and various places within Hope Valley, including Bakewell - All of which were no more than 20/30 minutes drive. BUT locally there are some beautiful places such as Rivelin Valley, what a gem I stumbled on (only 7/10 minuite walk). You can drive only a few minutes out and it’s pure scenery! Parking was no problem, always a space directly outside the house without people parking around you if you are worried for your car. Hands down.. I would not hesitate to rebook this again. It was a pleasure.
