Apartment holiday rentals in Stanza Mare Pool

our stay was wonderful! the house is spectacular. We were a family group of 6 adults, a girl and a baby and the truth that we felt very comfortable. The house is large and has everything you need. The location is excellent, steps from the beach and the pool. the complex is beautiful, very quiet. the beaches, they are the best in the area... big and very clean! we had sofas and shade tmb! nothing was missing!! there are a lot of games para arena tmb. very happy with our trip! thank you Leo and Laura for making our trip a beautiful experience!! I recommend this beautiful place and I would definitely come back!

A very nice place to stay. Super Clean with a simple, beach home aesthetic. Owner gave us great restaurant and party recommendations for a Sunday. Convenient stores and nice restaurants are nearby. The view from the balcony was very peaceful and beautiful to look at. Every time we woke up or came back from a tour it was definitely a highlight to go out and sit out there.

Liz was by far the best host I've had yet. She went above and beyond to assist my family, from arranging transportation for my birthday dinner to getting an unforeseeable issue we had fixed despite the time of evening. Her condo has an amazing view with easy beach and pool access. Go ahead and book with her, you won't regret it.

Great place nice host I loved how safe I felt when staying. security was so nice although it was a language barrier what can I expect I’m in there country. I loved it although the jacuzzi didn’t get Hot! ! The pool was amazing it felt like we had the place to ourselves not many bugs well no mosquitoes and we did notice our room had few ants if we weren’t cautious i definitely think it’s worth it not just for the amount but for the experience I had a renter car so it worked nothing more than a 20 min drive at most and the small beach was definitely a vibe just have exact cash they don’t hold change but will stay again hope the host feels the same

One of the best Airbnb I have stayed in this far hand down. Beautiful in and out. Everything was spotless no issues. The host was very attentive and responsive. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Close to the mall 5 mins to beach, 5 mins to Blue Mall. Love, love, love it! I will definitely be back, and recommend this Airbnb.

I missed the opportunity to write a review the first time so I didn't want to miss the opportunity this time. Our stay at Palma Azul went very well. The apartment was perfect, extremely clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It is modern and everything inside is of good quality, which is not always the case in the Dominican Republic. The picuzzi is very well maintained with a person who visits twice a week to clean it. There were chips, beers and fruit in the kitchen when we arrived as a welcome, which is a very nice well appreciated attention when you arrive from a trip. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the residence, a tropical garden and a barbecue area always very clean. I highly recommend this place which is clean, modern and very comfortable.

What a beautiful stay we had at the this Airbnb. You will not be disappointed when entering this place. It looks just like the pictures, and in fact once you’re there, it’s so much cozier. Not to mention, all amenities and instruments are available at your disposable. Sladja was kind enough to leave us plenty of restaurant suggestions, which we strongly recommend la Bruja Chupadora (thank you Sladja!). The walk to the beach is easy and right down the street, about a 10 min-walk. Unfortunately, we were met with a lot of sargassum going to Los Corales Beach, BUT not to worry because there are plenty of other beaches to experience, including Macao Beach, which he had a blast at. Having a supermarket below was extremely convenient, they provide everything you need! The pool feels amazing! We strongly suggest using Ubers when going around the area, they take less than 2 min to arrive and we had beautiful experiences in downtown Punta Cana. All this to say, thank you Sladja for everything!

Beautiful apartment close to everything you need: beach, pool, supermarket and restaurants. It is very clean and safe. Electricity was very reasonable, around $20 for 5 nights (AC on at night). Highly recommend! Only problem was finding the front entrance like others have mentioned. It is right next to Stanza Mare (called Navío).

Yolanda was very friendly and very helpful. The place was great for the price. There was a large balcony, and the building felt very secure with an electric lock on the entry to the building only allowing current residents inside. I will definitely use Yolanda as a host in the future. Thanks

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the common areas are very well maintained. The pool is excellent! We were welcomed by Anna, who is an absolute delight. The beach is just across the street, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. If you walk in the opposite direction of the beach, you’ll find even more dining options with more affordable prices. We could truly see ourselves living there. Highly, highly recommended!

José helped us with all our doubts. Very easy and organized. I would go back again, it is 10 minutes walk from all tourist spots, such as coco bongo and downtown.

The location was great. We could get everywhere quickly with Uber, there were many small supermarkets or restaurants/ bars. We were also not too far from the beach. The system is monitored and is also safe.

Great place to stay. Swimming pool, Olympic sized, just a few steps away and beach a one minute slow walk. Unbelievable place, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Staff were always available when needed. We will definitely return.

Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. We were at a really fancy resort for a few days before this but actually enjoyed this stay more. This place has everything you could need - large well-stocked kitchen and living room, a laundry room, and a balcony with an incredible view. It’s easy to walk along the beach to restaurants. We also enjoyed sitting on the loungers on the private beach. WiFi was decent though we didn’t need it much and the TV lagged a few times. Air conditioning worked really well.

Excellent Airbnb stay. The location was perfect walking distance to anywhere in Los Corales area. Lots of great restaurants nearby and beach is super close less than five minutes away.. the balcony patio area is beautiful , lots of area to sit and relax and the pool is an extra bonus. The bedrooms are very nice with lots of closet space. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. I would definitely rebook again.

Great stay in a private location!

We stayed in this beautiful apartment in Punta Cana for 6 days, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. The ambience was wonderful – peaceful, well-kept, and relaxing. The apartment itself was stunning, very well managed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi, which was a great touch. Since it was outdoors, we occasionally found some dead mosquitoes inside, but the host was extremely responsive and always quick to clean it whenever we reached out. The residence also had three restaurants, all of which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed – the food and service were top-notch. We also loved the artificial beach and the multiple pools available on the property – perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of thanks to our amazing host, who was always available and helpful throughout. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Excellent location close to downtown and minutes from the very beautiful Los Corales area. Space is gorgeous , the yard and pool just absolutely beautiful. The hot tub did not work , almost gave this a 4 start review but it’s really a lovely place , zero complaints other wise .

We had a wonderful time staying at Yefry’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had a small issue with one of the bathrooms, but Yefry responded quickly and had housekeeping take care of it right away. She was always responsive and easy to communicate with. The security at the property was very strict, which made us feel extra safe throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back and booking with Yefry again. Don’t hesitate—reserve one of her properties; you won’t be disappointed!
