Located .5 miles from campus, the Camden Cottage is perfect for a weekend of Bulldog Sports or a quiet family get away. The house is ready to host a family cookout or easily dine at one of many centrally located restaurants. The three bedrooms sleep 6 with an additional twin rollaway bed. Washer & dryer and new tankless hot water heater! New furnishings throughout the house with a well stocked kitchen. High speed fiber wifi allows everyone staying to run all the devices they need.

Loft Just Off Cotton

This 1920s house has been converted into apartments and is conveniently located. It is in the historic district in the Avenues and it is one mile from MSU stadium. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Large vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we only provide one parking place on the premises. There is more parking around the corner

Lucky 13 Condo

One bedroom Condo on second level less than two miles from MSU campus. Unit includes all appliances, free Wifi, and free onsite parking. Vizio Smart TVs are located in both the den and bedroom. Whirlpool washer and dryer are available in condo. The unit is one bedroom, and also has a queen sofa sleeper needed to accommodate more guests. If you bring a pet or service animal, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP AFTER IT!!!
