Modern apartment on the 2nd floor of a DHH

Cozy apartment with separate kitchen in Starnberg for a maximum of 3 persons. My house is in a quiet location on a private road. The apartment is bright and cozy on the 2nd floor of my semi-detached house overlooking the countryside. In 10 minutes walk you can reach the S train station Starnberg- Nord (650 m away), several supermarkets (also organic), bakeries and other shops. Starnberg Lake and downtown Starnberg is a 15-minute walk away, where many restaurants are located.

Ein Atelier, das eine Art Anbau zum Wohnhaus ist. Der Architekt hat Kapellen geliebt, so wurde der Anbau ein 6 Meter hoher Raum mit Holzdecke und Parkett. Schlafplatz auf einer Empore. Mit Flügel und Gartenplatz, perfekt eingerichtet mit Stil - ruhig und am Waldrand. Die SBahn ist etwa 30 min zu Fuß, 2 km entfernt. Ideal zum Fahrradfahren im Münchner Süden, Nähe Starnberger See. Leider ist es keine gute Möglichkeit, Kinder unterzubringen. Sozusagen nur für Erwachsene.

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Icking and especially this is a very quiet place with much greeness and good air around hier. Nevertheless this apartment is located 5 min. on foot to a suburban train station S7 for a Train ride to Munich Hbf in 35 min. Moreover via the B11 highway located beside the station allows to drive your car to Innsbruck, Austria about 60 miles away and to the marvellous King marvellous King Lutwig castls and palaces.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
