The apartment has the perfect location: very close to the beach (not even 3 minutes away), the main street and bakery, market, etc. It is at the end of the floor, which gives greater privacy because people do not pass by (different from others). In addition, it faces the pool and the sea (my favorite part). To get to the apartment, you take the elevator and then go up one flight of stairs (important to note). The apartment was very clean and had more bedding options (depending on how cold the person feels), everything is well divided and organized (air conditioning, hair dryer, etc.). The building has a restaurant with options for all meals, I had breakfast and found the price to be fair. I would definitely come back and I would definitely recommend the apartment to friends who can go to Pipa. In addition, Fernanda was very kind and attentive to us.

The communication with the owner was quick from the beginning, he was very helpful to answer my doubts regarding the check in. The location of the apartment is good, has supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby; the guest can perform small tasks and have access to the beach without the need for a car.

The place is amazing. Without a doubt, when I return to Pipa, I will return to Martin's accommodation. The apartment is even better than in the photos. It is spacious, bright, and very well equipped. I loved staying in the apartment. When I arrived everything was clean and organized. Good bed and bath linens are available. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and peaceful. The view to Morro do Careca is beautiful. Elton always responds to messages very quickly and is very requested. We didn't have any problems. It was a great lodging!
