I loved staying in the apartment. When I arrived everything was clean and organized. Good bed and bath linens are available. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and peaceful. The view to Morro do Careca is beautiful. Elton always responds to messages very quickly and is very requested. We didn't have any problems. It was a great lodging!

We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

Loved the flat! João Vitor was very receptive from the reservation to the end. The place is exactly like the photos. Very tasteful decoration, good quality bed and bath linens, hair dryer, bathroom with wonderful shower, super organized, very cozy. Easy access, quiet street, close to bars, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. We will definitely stay there when we return to Natal.

Janete was super friendly, greeted us at the house and gave us pipe recommendations. The house is very comfortable. It has an amazing view. It has a very comfortable bathroom and toilette. The photos of the room don't do it justice, much nicer in person!! Close to downtown but no noise, key because everything is on foot. I highly recommend it!

Excellent choice for this paradise that is São Miguel. The house is impeccably clean, super functional, everything is brand new. It is close to all basic and non-basic shops. Get informed about tours and access to the beaches before you go (but this has nothing to do with the accommodation hihihi). Renata was super friendly from the beginning, with tips on absolutely EVERYTHING there is to do, how to do it and where to do it. Super worried about my well-being. It's proof that a good host makes the experience totally different and unique. I loved it! 🩵

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was exactly as advertised: clean, organized, well-preserved environment, necessary kitchen utensils during our stay, clean bed linen and towels, there was a very beautiful vegetable garden for those who wanted to consume. Appliances working perfectly, as well as shower heating. We also received a delicious treat upon our arrival. The owners are always very attentive, responding very quickly. They made check-in and checkout more flexible. The condominium also has several leisure options, especially for those traveling with children. I highly recommend this property for those who want to rest and have fun.

The house is spectacular, we were super comfortable. Very well located, meters from the main street for shopping and the main restaurants of Pipa. A few steps from a taxi to get around to the farthest beaches. I would definitely recommend and come back.

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Great cost-benefit, the home matches the photos. Location is good, overlooking the beach with black tip and Morro do Bald. Entrance is self check-in, space was clean and organized. Furniture and kitchen utensils are a bit old, but they cater well!
