The property met 100% of the expectations. The listing's description and photos are over. All rooms tastefully decorated. All clean. Clean and functional kitchen integrated with living room, balcony and garden. The garden area with the pool is fantastic. Easy access to the beach. Sofia, the hostess, gave us all attention during our stay, worrying about our well-being. His housekeeper, Fabiana, who is native to the site, is a lovely person, giving us all the support daily. Anyway, they were very fruitful days, with tranquility and rest. It's worth it !

The house is in a quiet condominium near the beach, great for those looking for a few days of rest. The house is spacious, has a great pool and barbecue area. It has the necessary utensils for a good stay.

We arrived in the house , made the confirmation at the entrance and received identification bracelets. There was parking (uncovered) but with plenty of space the house was clean and tidy . Wi fi works well , great pillows and beds , bathrooms shower with high pressure. Overall the experience was very good, there were mosquitoes, but in the house we then lit the citronella candles available and it improved a lot. Air conditioning in all rooms works well and quiet.

Excellent house, good location, safe, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, everything in the house working perfectly. Silene and Jefferson, who were recommended by the host, were great at everything. Promptness, cleanliness, availability, good humor. The food was delicious. It was a shame to go home. But as soon as we can, we'll be back. Nothing to complain about, just to be thankful for.

The house is excellent for large groups, with plenty of space and comfort for everyone. All rooms are suites, with air conditioning and a fan, which guarantees very pleasant nights even with a lot of people. The kitchen is wide, well equipped and perfect for preparing meals for many people. The host was super helpful and attentive throughout the stay. The only downside is that the nearby beach has many stones, and it is necessary to walk a little to find a good place for bathing. Overall, the experience was great and I recommend it for those looking for a comfortable and well-structured space for large groups.

I recommend the super organized, clean (super fragrant bed and bath linens) and functional house with all the utensils we needed, including the helpful employee who left everything ready with a table set for our meals. Heated pool that we used at night as well. Wonderful condominium. All communication with the owner was punctual and helpful during our stay...We will return and recommend it to everyone.

The house is one of the most beautiful in Pipa! Everything impeccable and with excellent taste! It's a mansion! Same as what's in the pictures! The host is kind and polite! Really all perfect! I'll be back more often.

Very nice stay in Rodrigo's house! There were 7 of us, including 2 children. Comfortable beds, very beautiful garden area with several places to stroll! The caretaker and his wife were welcoming, prepared some small dishes for us and were attentive to us! The beach is at the end of the garden and frequented by few people! Nothing negative to say! My partner is Brazilian and so there was no communication problem otherwise few people speak English in the area!

Cannot describe in words what a magical home this is. We were apprehensive at first wondering if it would live up to the pictures and the price but we were blown away. Suzanne was super responsive. She addressed all our requests including an extra mattress and a JBL speaker. Not only is the home spectacular but the service wow! Dahyani the house manager took care of anything we needed. The meals prepared by the two chefs were restaurant level - we ended up only eating out once. The house is right next door to the Gostoso kite surf school which made it super convenient to take lessons. This is hands down the most beautiful home in San Miguel de Gostoso.

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is sensational, very well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it is beautiful, spacious, cozy and extremely well cared for. We used the breakfast and cleaning service on one of the days, and we were attended by Michelle and Alcides, who proved to be caring, competent and very cordial people. The breakfast was delicious, with hotel pattern, and was served with great agility. From the arrival until the time of departure, we were very welcome. The communication with those responsible was always efficient, attentive and kind, which gave us total peace of mind. All guests were delighted with the experience. We already left planning our turn. The house is more than recommended. They were unique and very well spent days.

Our days in Melbliss were amazing. The house is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! Everything was perfect and Chris welcomed us well with great tips on tours and restaurants. Wake Up with this view is invigorating! The pools are beautiful and the perfect location! You can walk to Xepa Street. We will definitely stay here again when we return to São Miguel do Gostoso. What a wonderful trip! Everything exceeded expectations! Thank you Chris.

I spent Easter with my family at Fernanda's house and it couldn't have been better. A Naiara, the cook that Fernanda indicated, was great! The seafood rice and the pudding she made were divine. She prepared everything with great care and attention before we arrived. The house is on a beautiful beach, the pool is delicious. Couldn't have wished more! Let's go back more often!

We had a truly wonderful stay! Communication was top-notch from start to finish—clear, fast, and super helpful. Ivan, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and safe—he even had a fence built around the pool just for our toddler’s safety, which meant the world to us. The property itself was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-kept, and exactly as described. It felt like a little slice of paradise. Cristiane and Galego, the caretakers, were so lovely and welcoming, and their whole family—including their two sweet daughters—made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This place is a gem, and we are 100% coming back!

Perfect house in the heart of Pipa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience in this house was excellent from the first moment. The location is unbeatable: just a few minutes walk from the center of Pipa, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and, best of all, very close to the beach! We don't need a car at all. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived, and they even cleaned, which was a great plus. All beds are double, very comfortable, ideal for groups of friends or families. Mica, who greeted us, was super kind and attentive. Always available to help us with whatever we needed, from check-in to local recommendations. As a special treat, they gifted us tickets to a samba night at the Agora, a truly fun and unique experience. I recommend this house 100%. We would definitely stay here again.
