The house has a total area of 46 sq.m. and includes a kitchen, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a sofa bed with an additional pull-out bed, while the other has a double bed. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. The private balcony offers a stunning view of the sea.

Below the house, there is a beach that you can reach in two minutes via a path with steps. At the back of the house there is a garden with steps and levels with resting areas. Access to the house is from the street via a path with steps in less than 1 minute. Public parking 100m from the house. Not suitable for people with disabilities.

Our house is 50 meters from the beautiful and quiet beach in the village of Kerame. In our neighborhood there is a pharmacy, cafeteria with a variety of products and delicious breakfasts. Also a gas station and a medical center. The village is just 1km from the North port of the island, the picturesque Evdilos of Ikaria where you will enjoy coffee, food and anything else you wish.
