Our house is located in the north side of Asprovalta. You can enjoy your privacy, although you reach the closest beach in 1 minute by car or 10 on foot. It has a large garden with a lot of trees and vegetation, as well as a BBQ area with kiosk. Let your kids play our garden, it's SUPER safe.
