Litet toalettutrymme med förbränningstoalett. Inget indraget dricksvatten, hämtas i brunn intill. Ingen dusch. 1 båtplats ingår i boendet

Welcome to this two bedroom + bathroom cottage facing a stunning southerly view over the archipelago of Stockholm, and with a private jetty for swimming and relaxing. Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

A truly wonderful, relaxing, mindful place in the center of the Stockholm archipelago. We are close to the island Möja with all its facilities. A small rowing boat is always included. In addition, two "add-on" packages are offered separately; (1) a ”boat-package” including an engine for the boat and three kayaks (2 single, one twin kayak), and (2) a "Sauna package" including a fabulous outdoor warmwater shower with a fabulous view . På de ca 12 kvm finns en fullt utrustad kokvrå med diskho, kylskåp, varmvatten och matplats för två. I sovrummet finns en enkelsäng som kan dras ut till 160 cm. Ett modernt duschrum finns i ladan och delas med det andra gästhuset. Varje gästhus har eget torrdass.

The deep forest meets the rugged archipelago cliffs, you can't help but abdicate for the peace. The starry nights and silence at the far end of the peninsula is soothing for the soul. With eagles and deer outside the window, you relax from the inside out. Simply a unique place.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
