Emily and Cory’s are amazing and always responsive and let me tell youuuuu… their place was absolutely GORGEOUS! The plants, the bathroom, the color & decor.. made it feel homey. The place was clean, from top to bottom, and was quiet.. which we loved. The check in & out instructions was easy to understand, and was made it a smooth transition for both. They left tons of recommendations in a book from food, to breweries, even transportation.. which we checked out a few of their recommendations and absolutely loved them. You’re about 1-2 miles away from the life of downtown Charlotte, which is a cheap uber/lift ride, but also a great place to go to find live entertainment/food. We had an absolute blast, and can’t wait to stay again. Thanks for making our weekend a blast, and one to remember 😌

This space is always MAGICAL!! Elizabeth always goes out of her way to accommodate our special requests!!! The house is way bigger than the photo shows and the back porch and yard create a feeling like a private sanctuary!

This was probably one of our best vacations ever and my husband and I travel a lot and use several different platforms in booking. First of all the house is described perfectly and the pictures do match. We traveled with 6 adults, a 3.5 yr old, 7 month old and 3 month old as well as our small dog 🐕 and there was sufficient space for everyone. There were numerous games, outdoor equipment including but not limited to kayaks, paddle boards, life vests as well as tether ball and cannot forget the sandy beach. The huge level back yard with lovely outdoor fire pit was perfect for games outside as well as s’mores by the fire. We rented a large pontoon for 3 days and got to see a good amount of the lake and take the grownup kids tubing behind the pontoon. One of the best things about renting this home was the amazing management team. I have never encountered such quick response and couldn’t believe that they showed up twice to the home to correct 2 minor issues. Outstanding!

Traveling with pets is never easy, but having the nice fenced in backyard was worth it. Place was as described, very clean and well stocked. It was convenient for my purposes. Easy in and out and great WiFi.

We rented Steven’s home for a corporate stay. The location is perfect for walking distance to bars and restaurants. The home was clean, trendy and welcoming. I would recommend this home 10/10 to my friends and family!

Easy to work with and easy to get into.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at the Tini House in Concord! The space is definitely tiny but so well distributed, every corner is thoughtfully used. The bed was super comfy, and little details like the rain boots and wood logs for the firepit made the experience extra special. The eco-shower was surprisingly refreshing and added to the charm of the place. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect spot to disconnect. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the shared eco-restroom, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you for the peaceful escape!

Dawn's place was the perfect stay for my husband and I! It was our first time in Charlotte and we were visiting for a concert at the PNC music pavilion, so it was the perfect spot for us. Such a gorgeous, cozy space and the location was exactly what we needed. We can't wait to visit Charlotte again and we're definitely going to try to stay there again when we do! 10/10 experience, for sure (:

Very comfortable home for our stay. We had our 2 families of 4 (4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 7-16) and had plenty of room. Great location and easy to get to all restaurants and grocery stores within 10-15 minutes. Rented a boat for 2 days which was perfect and had a place off the side of the dock to tie up the boat we rented. House was as advertised and the views were fantastic. The dock was my kids favorite place to hang out and swim. We would absolutely rent here again in the future.

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing visit. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

The house was more than we expected. It was very nice and clean with plenty of room.

Very clean. Super easy to get in and out of. Private. No steps! This was great for my elderly parents. The back year was perfect! The 8+ foot tall fencing was great for my puppy to play and I didn’t worry about him getting out. The hot tub even had a handrail that allowed my parents to get in and enjoy themselves. We grilled out on the gas grill and had everything we needed for it. Plenty of space and the host would answer me back within minutes. I would LOVE to come back and stay at this house again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend with my family!!

We have not used AirBnB many times, but this one stands out as the best experience yet! What a lovely, clean, tidy, quaint, attractive, simple, elegant, and comfortable lakeside property this is. We enjoyed cooking meals, grilling, soaking in the hot tub, sunset cocktails on the dock. Planning to return in the future for another stay!

This home was so beautiful! Its location is perfect, but still secluded enough to where you have privacy. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! I kept telling my boyfriend I'd love to rent this home because it was just that amazing! Please don't hesitate to book!

My twin daughters and I stayed for two nights to get away and celebrate their birthday. It was just what we needed. We loved the pool and had so much fun feeding the goats and snuggling the farm dogs. The cottage is peaceful, equipped with everything and spotless. The views are so beautiful. Melika even put up Happy Birthday signs for the girls. I would stay here again, in fact I plan to. Melika is so detailed in the instructions, getting in the cottage was a breeze as well as feeling at home instantly. I highly recommend staying here for some peace and quiet. You’ll love it!

It was really nice. The icemaker is a little loud when you’re sleeping. That’s the only negative for us. Bed is comfy.

Helena was extremely accommodating when our plans changed last minute and left us scrambling for a new place to stay. The home is beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable!

Kayla’s place was great, the backyard was amazing, disc golf, cornhole, hot tub, plenty of room. The house was super cute with all the amenities. Everything was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is close to everything, the area seems questionable at first but it’s not bad at all. Kayla is amazing with great communication!

We loved our stay on the lake. I loved the area. It was a great place to take walks and enjoy the outdoors. Our boys really enjoyed the kayaks. The house was really close to so many places and activities in the Charlotte area.
