A luxurious and spacious houseboat for rent near Giethoorn. The houseboat can be rented for people who want to go on holiday to Giethoorn, discover the Weerribben-Wieden National Park or just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. A unique location on the water with an unobstructed view of the reed beds. From the modern interior, high glass walls offer a view of the surrounding nature and you can spot many holiday boats in summer, in addition to various birds. An adjacent sloop can be rented.

Beautifully located in Wieden-Weerribben Nature Reserve, in the back of our large yard, a simple cottage (about 60 m2) where you have complete privacy. Noisy Riet, Peace and Space. Bird song, quacking frogs The visitor center “de Wieden” is within walking distance; Giethoorn and Blokzijl can be reached from here by eco-waterliner! (from May to sept) Cottage is less suitable for family with baby or when you are with 2 couples.

In the most beautiful part of Giethoorn, outside the busy tourist area, this unique holiday home is surrounded by nature. With unobstructed views over the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 persons and 2x 1 person bed). There is another 5th bed (1 pers.) on the hall upstairs. Please let us know if you would like to use a sheet package (bedding & towels). Surcharge is €10,00 p.p. The renovated bathroom makes the cottage a luxurious place to enjoy the peace, space and nature.

Hof van Onna

A beautiful wooden house located in my parents' yard. Relax in an oasis of greenery from spring to early autumn, a beautiful warm autumn feel when the trees change color or seek out the coziness in the winter months. In the beautiful surroundings there are many places to visit. Giethoorn, fortified city of Steenwijk and the Havelterheide. Furthermore, there are three national parks nearby, NP Weerribben Wieden, the Drents Friese Wold and the Dwingelderveld.

'Ons Stulpje' is a complete, separate appartment with a comfortable kingsize boxspring bed, rain shower and complete kitchen. The jacuzzi can be booked separately (€30 per 2 h timeslot). The (shared) pool can be used in Summer. The airbnb is situated in the quiet countryside town Blankenham, close to tourist attractions like Giethoorn, Blokzijl, Steenwijk and National Park Weerribben-Wieden and Pantropica, Urk, and UNESCO Schokland.

Wonderful location in the middle of Weerribben-Wieden National Park in the atmospheric water village of Kalenberg near Blokzijl and Giethoorn ( 20 minutes). Ideal starting point for cycling, canoeing and hiking tours through nature. Plenty of privacy and a place to relax and unwind. Travel time to attractions such as Amsterdam and Keukenhof is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Idyllic cottage to yourself in Giethoorn

This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. Without hordes of tourists. (South). Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

At the edge of National Park Weerribben-Wieden, is our holiday home located on the meadows. Enjoy nature and silence, but also a perfect base for exploring the Weerribben-Wieden. The towns of Kalenberg, Blokzijl, Giethoorn and Dwarsgracht are within cycling distance. Or rent a boat to see the Weerribben from the water.
