Very spacious, clean, modern with everything we needed. The bathroom was such a good size and a bonus to have a second toilet. Lovely outdoor space too for warmer weather. Really good directions and instructions for parking and facilities. There was a wonderful bakery near by and great places to eat and drink. We have family near by and would definitely stay again.

Wolfgang ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Wohnung war top, sehr sauber. Fußläufig ist man in rund 10 Minuten im Ortskern. Waren beim Mexikaner, sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

My favorite AirBnB so far because of the location and the olace itself! I definitely recommend it.

打车到斯图加特展览馆大概16欧左右，也可以坐公共交通，附近就有两个公交车站，线路挺多的。房子很干净，维护的很好。整体性价比非常高，推荐

Wir waren bei Kira und Max im Biotop zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen mit Aussicht in die Natur. Beim Ankommen wurden wir mit Wasser und frischen Eiern begrüßt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen !

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Möbel schön und hochwertig eingerichtet.Desislava war immer erreichbar und bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da der Flughafen, die Messe und Stuttgarter Zentrum super mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar waren. Vielen Dank Desislava, für die tolle Unterkunft! Ich werde die Wohnung beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen und kann sie jedem empfehlen.

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung im Dachgeschoss in der Nähe der Messe Stuttgart. Man ist mit dem Auto in Nullkommanichts (< 10min) bei der Messe, durch eigenen Parkplatz kann man auch gut abends wieder zurückkommen. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und aufgeräumt und auch ansehnlich eingerichtet, wie man auch auf den Fotos sieht. Wie auch schon andere schrieben: das Bad ist wirklich klein und die Dusche stehend quasi nicht zu benutzen. Lüftung ist wichtig, denn die Feuchtigkeit bleibt leicht stehen. Ein bißchen fühlte ich mich (positiv) an meine Studentenzeit mit kleiner aber heimeligen 1-Zimmer Wohnung zurückerinnert. Für mich ein schöner Rückzugsort nach dem Messetrubel. Gerne wieder.

Gerhard is friendly, responsive and approachable. His apartment is perfect for longer stays. A well equipped kitchen where one can cook small meals. A peaceful location and a very well thought layout of the house to accommodate 2 people, I stayed single though. Bus station, train station, supermarket, and many restaurants are nearby. I'd certainly recommend this place and would definitely look out to book this for my next visit in Sindelfingen.

Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Daniela’s place is quiet and peaceful. I slept really well in the comfortable bed! It’s a basement apartment, so it stays quite dark during the day. No big deal though, since I didn’t spend much daytime there. I had a car and parking was never an issue. The place is also really close to Stuttgart, either by car or public transportation.

Ich war für 4 Nächte dort. Der Check-In hat sich sehr einfach gestaltet. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und angemessen eingerichtet. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut ausreichend um normal zu kochen. Das Bad war deutlich neuer, Dusche mit Regenkopf und Brause. Auch das WLAN war mehr als Ausreichend in bezug auf Empfangsqualität und Geschwindigkeit. Summa summarum, ein Aufenthalt für einige Tage ist definitiv empfehlenswert.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, wir konnten uns ideal erholen. Das Apartment ist super modern ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut!

We stayed at Adrian’s place for a stopover of two night’s. We enjoyed our stay, so much so that we booked another night for our return journey. The place is new, modern en very comfortable. There is an excellent bakery within walking distance. We encountered a small problem during our second stay, Adrian responded very quickly and took care of the situation in a very appropriate way. We would defiantly recommend staying at this place.

Super ausgestattete Unterkunft. Check in problemlos. Aufenthalt sehr entspannt dank ruhigem Wohngebiet. Für das Bett würde ich mir nächstes Mal mein eigenes Kissen mitnehmen, war etwas hart. Wäsche und alles war super! Wohnung sehr sauber. Ich kann die Wohnung und Alice als Gastgeberin uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 3 Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saune und Whirlpool hat alles super funktioniert. Eine Sache was mich leicht gestört hat war, dass leider schmutzige Geschirr in der Schublade. Aber auch da kann man drüber weg schauen und macht es sauber. Aber alles in allem war es sehr schön und wir kommen wieder.

Great place, has everything you might need and then some. Lots of details that make one feel welcome. However, you probably need a car, especially if you're with small kids. Another thing to note is that the bunk beds are actually children's beds so take that into consideration. The top bunk is max 70 kilos and for age 7+. The space between the top and the bottom bunk is also very narrow. Overall, these beds are not ideal for adults.

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

Wij hebben onwijs genoten van onze tweedaagse verblijf, het was echt even bijkomen van een actieve vakantie wat mij ontzettend goed kon! De gastvrouw Marianne was ook echt een schat van een vrouw en we zijn ontzettend warm en open ontvangen. Daarnaast was het huisje en de wellness ruimte hartstikke schoon en netjes en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig! Kom heel graag nog eens terug!
