In the heart of Pfaffenwinkel

Just relax and unwind – in this quiet, stylish place. The house, built in 1898 and lovingly restored by us in 2023, is located quietly and in the middle of a rural environment. Cycling and hiking trails, alpine sports, but also cultural treasures such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the Wieskirche are nearby. In the evening, you can end the day with a glass of wine by one of the (3) open fireplaces or enjoy Bavarian specialties in one of the surrounding inns.

Quiet, light-flooded 140 m² loft including a private roof terrace in the center of Munich. The Oktoberfest is a 3-minute walk away, as well as all public transport, shops, restaurants, cafés and a city park. The spacious living area with a room height of up to 4 meters and two separate bedrooms offer the ideal accommodation for families and groups. The huge window to the west and the roof terrace open up a view over the beautiful old building district.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. On the roof terrace there is a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open space kitchen. For relaxation, there is an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Welcome to Steingaden - an idyllic holiday resort in Bavaria. The municipality is located on the edge of the Alps and is surrounded by picturesque landscapes, green meadows and dense forests. Steingaden is known for its historic architecture, including the magnificent Wieskirche, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With charming inns and traditional Bavarian beer gardens, the place offers its visitors an authentic Bavarian experience.

Familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Bergblick und Gartenstück. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich tolle Ausflugsziele, sowie zahlreiche Fahrrad- und Wanderwege. Die Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Kurtaxe ist nicht im Preis enthalten und muss vor Ort in Bar beglichen werden. Frühstück ist nicht im Preis inklusive, gerne holen wir euch aber frische Backwaren vom Bäcker.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. We'd love to have you as our guests!
