Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener und voll ausgestatteter Küche. Die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. You have an entire apartment with terrace for yourself. In front of the apartment you can park two cars and have access by keypad around the clock. The newly finished apartment has underfloor heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. Layout: bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area with a new fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower. 5 minutes by car to Landstuhl 15 minutes to Kaiserslautern 10 minutes to Ramstein / RAB Airbase.

Vacation apartment in the musicians' house

The builder of this house, Ludwig Jacob, moved like many Mackenbacher into the world to earn a living for his family with his music. In 1906 he was able to build this house in the style of the usual "musicians' houses" here. In 2014 we set up the apartment on one floor and are always happy to welcome guests from all over the world. We also speak English. Discover the Lützelsoon and Soonwald - a dream for nature lovers in every season. Or just relax and enjoy the fresh air.
