For excursions along the west coast, the accommodation on Askerön is a perfect base.

We rent out our newly-renovated guest house in scenic Timmervik, which is located in a rural environment about 45 km north of Gothenburg and just over 10 km from Stenungsund. The nearest community is Jörlanda (about 4 km away) and you need your own car to get to and from the cottage. The cottage has a separate bedroom for two, shower/toilet with washing machine and living room with a fully equipped kitchen where there is sleeping space for an additional 1-2 people in a sofa bed. The village's swimming area and boat docks at Hakefjorden are within walking distance (about 900 meters).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay overlooking Lake Lysevatten. Paddle a canoe, have a sauna evening and enjoy. A stage of the Bohusleden trail is nearby. In Stenungsund, on Tjörn and Orust, there are many excursion destinations. You can, for example, fish for crabs in the sea, take a boat to Åstol, visit Göksäter on Orust, hike the Bohusleden etc. Departure cleaning is done by the guest, checklist for cleaning and materials are provided in the cottage. It is possible to book departure cleaning, subject to time, at a cost of SEK 1,200.

Welcome to our newly built small house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

A place for those looking for peace and quiet. Our house is right by the sea. This means that you have a fantastic view from all rooms except the TV room. A large balcony in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the balcony is a hot tub. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for children because it is shallow. Outdoor gym available for rent nearby. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. On Orust, there are exciting excursions. The town of Svanesund with grocery store and pizzeria is about 2 km away.

Spend wonderful vacation days in lovely Stenungsund, your family will be close to nature and attractions. You will stay at this centrally-located place with a pool. Good transportation to Gothenburg by bus and train. Distance by car to Tjörn about 10 minutes, Orust about 20 minutes, Gothenburg about 30 minutes, Smögen/Kungshamn about 60-80 minutes Stenungssund square is close, about 7 minutes, with shopping, restaurants and shops. There are lovely beaches such as Strandviken and Hawaii, you can get there in about 7 minutes.

Cozy guest house in a scenic, quiet area. The cottage is located just over 4 km from the city center and within walking distance to the sea and exercise trails. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave. Toilet with shower, washer and dryer. There is a 90 cm bed plus a sofa bed that is 150 cm wide. If necessary, there is also the possibility of an inflatable mattress. The cottage has its own balcony where you can enjoy the sun most of the day. The cabin is connected to the main building.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

Charming house on the Swedish West Coast, 6+4 beds

Welcome to our house at a quiet getaway island 'Lilla Askerön' one hour north of Gothenburg. During 2020 the house was fully renovated to a modern standard but keeping the soul from 1962. Please note! Bedroom no 3 is situated in another small annex, appr 30 meters away from the house. No kitchen or bathroom there. There is an additional fee if you would like to use it, when you are less than 6 persons. Please note! Bedlinen and towels not included and you must clean the house before leaving.
