Monthly Rentals in Still Pond

Maureen’s place was absolutely perfect for our short stay in Betterton. From the stunning views of the Bay right out of the front window to the short walk to the beach, we couldn’t have wanted anything else. Maureen was a terrific host, so friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Don’t miss this wonderful property and location!!! You won’t regret it.

My family & I booked for three nights. Thought it was a beautiful and private little area, and just a couple steps away from the beach and a pool. Very quiet and away from noise which was a plus. The house itself was lovely and mostly clean. There were board games available and my kids had a fun time playing with them. We enjoyed barbecuing using the grill provided on the balcony which was nice as well. A plenty of towels and anything you need in the kitchen! Other than a full trash bag left over in the kitchen, finding some clothing items from other guests (I’m assuming) in drawers, and the keurig having what looked like mold inside. Pretty small things when looking at the big picture though. Will most likely come again & we enjoyed our stay!

I had planned this trip a few months out, knowing I wanted some peace and quiet for myself and my dog. Little did I know that I would be recouperating from 2 surgeries. Tom's place was exactly what I needed. Quiet, beautiful and serene.

the place was great. would have preferred to understand it was two stories and I'd be able to request the first story since I walk with the cane. however it was easy for me to get around. extremely clean and the supplies were plentiful. I would recommend someone staying there
