Beachfront holiday rentals in Stinson Beach

We had a lovely time at Yan Fang’s place, the location was perfect - we walked to the beach almost every day! It was also convenient to have the Muni metro stop right at the end of the street, we rode the Muni all over town (inexpensive and easy!). The house was clean and comfortable and Yan Fang included extra snacks and kitchen items for us, which was nice. We loved our time here and would recommend.

Beautiful location, clean spot, responsive host well worth the money

The views from the decks and rooms are amazing - even better than the photos. This location is wonderful too and very quiet. I took a walk each morning up the hill and into the Jenner Headlands Preserve - highly recommended. We were lucky to have great weather and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lower deck on the outdoor sofas under an umbrella for shade. We didn't use the hot tub, but it is a nice touch to have one. The beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs bed has a nice view out the window. The house is older, so the bathrooms are small. We used the washer and drier once and they worked well. The kitchen was well stocked and there are games and puzzles available as well. Toni was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to return one day.

We found just what we were looking for; a peaceful and private cabin near the Russian River and with a lot of style and soul to boot. The house was very clean, comfortable and provided some sweet outdoor spaces for dining and lounging. With the heavy vegetation growing below, we didn't have a view of the river, but it was just a quick stroll away. The only downside I can think of is traffic noise along a semi-busy road that's nearby. But it wasn't a buzzkill and we enjoyed the experience thoroughly. We hope to return soon.

This is a great place to stay! The house was so clean..beautiful views..we saw a whale from the family room. Very hospitable, Bernardine was easy to communicate with. Our family cannot wait to return!

Watching multiple species of raptor patrol the banks of the Russian River was awe-inspiring

Stunning setting for a very comfortable home, easy access to the bluff trail and to The Sea Ranch Lodge. The home is protected from the winds. We saw so much wildlife from the home and in the general location. This was the most expensive home we have ever rented, but it was well worth it.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this home. The ocean views are as-advertised and the house was clean and comfortable. It's a short walk to the bluffs trail where the views are fantastic. There are immediate neighbors on both sides of the home but when you are inside or sitting out on the back deck, it seems very private. We did have an issue with the hot tub not heating up, but VACASA responded immediately to my text message and offered to have someone come check it out that day. We found it to be a nice quiet place where we could easily relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the California coast.

My husband Josh and I had an unforgettable time at Cindi’s place in Sea Ranch. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—unique architecture, cozy design, and right on the beach. Every evening we watched the waves crash on the rocks just outside the window. It was peaceful, stunning, and truly magical. Cindi was a fantastic host, super helpful and kind. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

The house is so beautiful. The wormwood walls and tiled areas are quintessential sea ranch. It’s a great rustic space with amazing light, and all the right amenities. We weren’t missing a thing! I highly recommend this spot.

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

This house was perfect for our family gathering at Sea Ranch. The location is amazing. The interior has a rustic quality to it. Everything was clean and as described. The view from the deck is beautiful by day and the stars on a clear night should not be missed. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place, right by Tomales Bay. Very calm, quiet and relaxing. Caroline and Clara are wonderful hosts. Prompt and clear in their communication. Would most definitely come back. Note for future renters : The nearest gas station is about 7.5 miles away

Absolutely stunning location, the house was beautiful and clean and so cozy. The walk to the beach was easy and beautiful, we will definitely be coming back!

The property was amazing! The view of the bay and the easy access to the beach were some of the highlights. Harman was responsive when we had a minor issue with the hot tub and his response helped us fix the hot tub easily. I would recommend this property and host to anyone going to the area!

Great place. Big, nice, clean, quiet, comfortable. All amenities you need. Kitchen is great. Good shower. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. On the water. Super convenient if you have a kayak or canoe. Host was great. Super communicative, friendly, flexible. Small things: The garage entrance is small and dicey, esp with a big car. I couldn't find the volume buttons on the TV remote (maybe I'm just getting old). The jacuzzi doesn't feel super private. Wish it had a bathtub. All these are small things and don't really detract. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location right on the beach. Easy access down to the water too. Local restaurant on the street was perfect for laid back dining with good options. Half Moon Bay is a must visit town! Great host and we’ll be staying here anytime we’re in the Bay Area.

We have been renting a house annually in Dillon Beach for 13 consecutive years. This was our 2nd stay at this house, and we will likely stay again. We fit 2 families in there and, while the kitchen is rather small, the house in general was big enough to accommodate everyone. If we choose to switch up houses it will be purely for space for more people. Definitely recommend :)

We had a fantastic stay at this charming carriage house with our family of four. The place is set in a beautiful area —location is great for nearby hiking adventures. The interior design is stylish yet cozy, making it feel like a home away from home, and the private dock adds a unique touch to the waterfront vibe. Overall, a great spot to relax, explore, and enjoy nature. Highly recommend!

This was a once in a life time experience. The house was amazing, as beautiful as the picture. There were more than enough kitchen towels, bath towel, blankets, sitting and sleeping space. The house was huge, outstanding architecture, and right in front of the bay. The best part was that we thought it was going to be cold and ocean waves too loud, however, it was perfect, calm flowing water and fresh cool air. Peaceful and cheerful ambiance. We were blessed to have this experience. Check out was a breeze. There was a few minor findings that Kyle was able to address immediately. We will definitely come back again, if we can afford it.
