Beautiful location, clean spot, responsive host well worth the money

We had a lovely time at Yan Fang’s place, the location was perfect - we walked to the beach almost every day! It was also convenient to have the Muni metro stop right at the end of the street, we rode the Muni all over town (inexpensive and easy!). The house was clean and comfortable and Yan Fang included extra snacks and kitchen items for us, which was nice. We loved our time here and would recommend.

The views from the decks and rooms are amazing - even better than the photos. This location is wonderful too and very quiet. I took a walk each morning up the hill and into the Jenner Headlands Preserve - highly recommended. We were lucky to have great weather and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lower deck on the outdoor sofas under an umbrella for shade. We didn't use the hot tub, but it is a nice touch to have one. The beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs bed has a nice view out the window. The house is older, so the bathrooms are small. We used the washer and drier once and they worked well. The kitchen was well stocked and there are games and puzzles available as well. Toni was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to return one day.

This is a great place to stay! The house was so clean..beautiful views..we saw a whale from the family room. Very hospitable, Bernardine was easy to communicate with. Our family cannot wait to return!

Watching multiple species of raptor patrol the banks of the Russian River was awe-inspiring

What a gem! The perfect location on Tomales Bay, with my favorite stretch of it right outside the door. Discover Point Reyes. Antik Al seashore anew! And a very cozy and comfy place, with great beds and everything you need. Our family of four including two small kids had a blast, and we will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming carriage house with our family of four. The place is set in a beautiful area —location is great for nearby hiking adventures. The interior design is stylish yet cozy, making it feel like a home away from home, and the private dock adds a unique touch to the waterfront vibe. Overall, a great spot to relax, explore, and enjoy nature. Highly recommend!

Such a great place to stay at! The place is very clean and has everything needed. It was a nice 10min walk from the Main Street of Bodega and nested in nature. The outdoor space was not well advertised when we booked, but is really lovely. The view to the outside from inside the house are wonderful. The horses were right by the houses and we saw so many deers passing by. A perfect relaxing nest for a long weekend 🙂

Our second stay, and just as wonderful as last time. The views are unbeatable, and the ability to walk to the lodge is an amazing benefit (I loved being able to grab a coffee there in the morning, or knowing I could have a few drinks and walk home!). Beds were comfy. To note, the blinds in the rooms aren’t blackout so the mornings are bright — but ideally you’re up then anyways to enjoy the gorgeous views!

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

Beautiful house and location, we had a blast. The house is even more spacious than it looks in the photos, as a family of 7 we had plenty of room. The house had everything we needed and you can’t beat the view. My kids loved everything about it. There are a variety of trails to walk around the house, and the Rec center is about a 4 minute drive (15 min walk) from the house where you have access to a pool and the beach. We saw various deer out front during our stay which the kids loved. We did travel to Gualala which is a 15 minute drive to get groceries, grab a bite, and kayak so there is plenty to do close by as well. Loved the complimentary amenities, specially the coffee which we used multiple times a day! Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and everything we needed and was definitely appreciative of the washer and dryer in the house which we needed due to having young kiddos. Host was very responsive and super nice. Thanks Mark for a great stay, you have a beautiful place!

My husband Josh and I had an unforgettable time at Cindi’s place in Sea Ranch. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—unique architecture, cozy design, and right on the beach. Every evening we watched the waves crash on the rocks just outside the window. It was peaceful, stunning, and truly magical. Cindi was a fantastic host, super helpful and kind. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We enjoyed our stay and the residence was extremely comfortable.

Birthday wish come true! What a beautiful location to celebrate life. Coffee on the patio, ocean waves lulling us to sleep each night, and superb location to a walking path and restaurants. Perfect for guests who needed single story access. Daniel was very responsive with requests, questions, and information. Look forward to coming back in the future!

We enjoyed Heather’s bnb so very much, we plan on staying there every time we come to the Bay Area. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, well provisioned kitchen, lovely and lush green patio. It may be that we stayed on a special holiday, Thanksgiving, but Heather made us a plate of fantastic chocolate chip cookies! Who could ask for more? Thank you, we loved it!

Fantastic dramatic setting overlooking the ocean. Beautiful view from hot tub. House had comfortable charm. Appreciated the welcoming Prosecco gift on the kitchen counter. Didn’t realize that units would be so close in either side. We had a wonderful visit.

Thanks for a wonderful stay! It was a quiet, peaceful place to rest after a long day and a nice walk down to the beach. The unique layout of the studio was fun and everything was clean and well organized. The welcome goodies were a nice touch and much appreciated as well. We made some good memories with our family!

The place is on a quiet street with a lovely cafe right at the entrance to the street. A shopping center is on the corner too so it’s walkable. You can walk to the Main Street downtown area too but you have to walk along major routes which has safe walking paths but can be noisy (we had a small infant with us). The bed linens and towels were very clean, soft, and warm. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay and the host was proactive and quick with communication.

This house was awesome and exactly as described. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The house has everything you could need to feel at home and comfortable. There were clear instructions for everything including checking out. The views are amazing!!! I would love to stay here again.
