It was built in such strategically high position as a defence from possible attacks from the sea. Castelsardo is an extraordinary example of Medieval town, which developed around the castle, with the old town walls still intact. We have opened our home not only to introduce you to Sardinia for its seas, coasts, scents and colors of the Mediterranean, but also to be able to discover the history, traditions and the cuisine of Northern Sardinia. The comfortable attic is decorated with fine sardinian furnitures crafted by famous local artisans, private bathroom, 2 double rooms, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, free unlimited wifi connection, Internet TV (Free Netflix), barbeque, sonic shower, huge balcony with both Castle and ocean view. Towels, linen, small bed, high chairs for kids and many other things are also available for free. All the comforts needed for a top vacation have been considered. This Attic accommodates up to 4 people. Plenty of shops and restaurants are within walking distance Due to its central location, all the main attraction of the north of this beautiful Island are very easy to reach by car. 2 bedrooms, sofa bed, full equiped kitchen, bathroom. Shared swimmig pool on the roof (open from 01 june till 30 of september). you can find bottle of water, the and coffee for your breakfast, and soap for dishes. Towels , linens for and also beach towls are included. In you stay more then 7 days their change are free, while if you need other towels or bed linens, you should pay 20 euro in cash. We are pet friendly, but you should remove pet hairs, use your own bowl and pay extra 35 euro.

Questa intima ed accogliente pinnetta sarda, ristrutturata di recente, sarà il luogo ideale per una piacevole vacanza immersi nella natura. Situata all'interno di un antico cuile, ne mantiene l'ambientazione rurale pur essendo a due passi dal mare. Il monolocale è dotato di angolo cottura, bagno, zona esterna attrezzata e di tutti i confort essenziali per trascorrere tempo lontani dal caos. Ideale anche come base per visitare il nord della Sardegna. Perfetta per coppie e piccole famiglie.

L’alloggio si sviluppa sul intero piano della villa, con le due camere da letto,un bagno e un soggiorno con cucina,dalla quale si accede alla terrazza con vista mare verso l’isola dell Asinara! La casa comprende un giardino con bbq ed un parcheggio esterno riservato agli ospiti! La posizione è strategica, in quanto risulta tra il paese di Stintino e la spiaggia della pelosa (1km circa 3minuti dalla casa).
