Merlin is a perfect space for 2 on an 84 acre hillside farm. The farm offers stunning views of the Lake of Menteith and surrounding hills. Our self contained studio room was converted from a sound proofed music studio and has been freshly decorated. It is connected to our garage, is separate from our house and has its own entrance and on street parking. Double bed, En Suite, Sitting area ,kitchen and entrance area.
