Opustite se u novom i moderno uređenom smještaju u mjestu Stobreč pokraj Splita. Na izvrsnoj je lokaciji, s pogledom na planinu, a na udaljenosti 150 m od plaže. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se: trgovine, pekara, ribarnica, voćarna, fast food, restorani i kafići. Do centra Splita možete doći vožnjom u 10 - 15 minuta; autobusna stanica nalazi se točno nasuprot apartmanu. Od ostalih sadržaja u blizini izdvajamo golf terene, teniski teren te šetnicu uz rijeku Žrnovnicu. Nudimo besplatni parking.

If you like small and quiet places for your vacation then Stobreč is the one. It has everything you will need during your stay; restaurants, bar, supermarket, grocery store, park, ect... Located just 7 km from Split, Stobreč offers great position if you like explore the countyside; Omiš, Trogir, Klis,Brač,Hvar, and other destinations are all nearby. Apartment is located in centre of town, it is next to sea so you will enjoy the beautiful view, naerest beach is 2 minmutes away by foot.

Luxury 4 stars apartment on the ground floor with entrance from subtropical botanical garden. Located in peacefull part of Stobreč, surrounded with palms,yuccas, agaves and other mediterranean herbs. Close to public transport (400 m), Split city center (7 km), train and bus station (7 km), booth sandy- blue flag and rocky beaches (700 m), local mountains (10 minutes with car), and the airport (20 km). Ideal for couples . Shared barbecue in stone eco house.

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

Loved our stay here and the sea view! Place is very spacious for a couple and we liked the separation of living and sleeping areas across two floors. All the basics were provided and the apartment and amenities (e.g. pool) were super clean upon arrival.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The place looked exactly like the pictures, but still we were pleasantly surprised by the nice apartment. Tidy, clean, modern, cozy. The host is very friendly and responds quickly, determined to offer you a great experience. The accommodation is a 2 minute walk away from a very nice beach, popular with locals. After a hot day at the beach, there was no better feeling than coming home to this air-conditioned apartment. The location was perfect. Stobreč offers nice beaches and good restaurants, with really cozy surroundings. The property is only a short walk from Lidl and Konzum, where you will find most of what you may need, sun loungers, sunscreen, food, etc. In summary, I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to optimize your experience in Split. I know anyway that I will be staying here again next time I travel to Split!
