Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Large house in the countryside outside of Sundsvall. The house was built in the early 1900s and has recently been completely renovated. Lake view and access to a boat. Fishing licenses are purchased through Attmars FVO. Fishing is also available in Ljungan. Close to the forest where you can pick berries and mushrooms in season. In winter, there are groomed ski trails in Sörfors and Matfors. The nearest downhill slope is Nolbybacken in Kvissleby. It takes about 40 minutes by car to Hassela Ski Resort. The nearest grocery store is in Matfors.
