Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Stone Town

Excellent séjour chez Ina et Msuli, cadre idyllique, jardin tropical avec sable blanc, piscine privée (la maison est divisée en 3 logements) et terrasse en bord de mer. Nous avons adoré la situation, la plage de Pongwe est magnifique et encore très préservée, les activités sont dépendantes de la marée, baignade, observation des étoiles de mer, balade sur la plage, .. avec de très bon resto autour. Nous avons adoré les 3 jours passés là bas.

We loved our stay at Ina’s place, it’s super cozy, clean, and in touch with nature, one of the few places that still has trees left! Ina helped us a lot with local recommendations (which were superb), groceries, and overall great hospitality. We wished we could stay longer in this peaceful corner of the bay. Would definitely go again!

Great two bedroom apartment right on the beach and in the heart of Paje. It was a comfortable space for a family and we really enjoyed our time.

Logement propre et identique aux photos. Hôte accueillant et présent. Logement sécurisé. Restaurant très bon, personnel attentionné Piscine propre.

Complejo de nueva construcción, céntrico, muy cerca de la playa, equipado y limpio. El personal del Brezeer siempre atento, amable, servicial y muy profesional. Un plus; su servicio gratuito de bicicletas. Totalmente recomendable para cualquier tipo de persona. Nota general 10 sobre 10. Ha sido un placer. Hasta siempre Nico. ;)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im traumhaften Loft! Der Garten, der Pool und die gesamte Anlage waren wunderschön, sauber und gut gepflegt. Ina und Msuli waren wunderbare Gastgeber, die jederzeit sofort verfügbar waren, hatten wir eine Frage oder Bitte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und diesmal länger bleiben, sehr zu empfehlen!

Stare al Breeze Residence per noi è stata molto piú di una semplice vacanza. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti Alessandro che pur essendo in tarda serata, ha subito provveduto ad ordinarci delle pizze e accomodare ogni nostra richiesta. Durante il nostro soggiorno tutto è stato perfetto! Le camera sono magnifiche e super pulite! la location è da sogno e a due passi da una delle piú belle spiagge dell'isola, inoltre gli appartamenti sono attrezzati con cucina e frigo quindi volendo si può cucinare ( c'è un supermercato ben fornito a 5 minuti), per chi invece volesse mangiare al ristorante ce ne sono moltissimi raggiungibili a piedi anche di sera . Ma quello che ha reso il tutto indimenticabile è stata la cortesia, la gentilezza e la cordialità dei proprietari, Nicola è una persona speciale, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta, ci ha organizzato delle escrusioni mozzafiato ( altamente consigliate) e aiutato con il noleggio di uno scooter. Stare al Breeze è un'esperienza che consiglierei a tutti almeno una volta nella vita, noi stiamo già programmando il nostro ritorno :)

Natürlich könnte die Unterkunft kleinere Renovierungen gebrauchen ABER meiner Meinung nach hat sie alles was es braucht (zwei schöne Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, tollen Balkon, super Poolanlage) und einen Millionen-Dollar Blick aufs Meer! Greg hat sich um alles was wir brauchten gekümmert und war jederzeit erreichbar! Rundherum gibt es tolle Restaurants und freundliche Menschen! Wer einfach mal einen ruhigen, entspannten Ort sucht ist dort genau richtig! Ich würde es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und danke nochmal Greg und Grace für diese tolle Zeit!

I had a lovely stay. I only stayed for two days but I wish I’d booked longer. The apartments are beautiful and quiet. It was my birthday and Greg and his staff made it very special and comfortable for me. He was very responsive to all my messages and was an overall great host.

This is a good accommodation, clean, and as the pictures show. I recommend the house. The host is proactive and answers your questions and enquiries promptly.

Great stay with easy access to restaurants.

Really great location, fairly cheap for stone town - it’s a little busy near the market but being in such a central and active location gives you a real taste of life in Zanzibar which the resorts won’t provide.

centrally located between the touristic and local residential areas. close to public transport to other parts of island. walking distance to ferry and 3 wheeler to airport.
