This 3rd floor suite is less than 2 miles west of Harvard Sq. You'll have exclusive access to the space, which has a full bathroom and kitchenette. There is a queen bed suitable for two people and the couch in the living room converts to a bed for one. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe, and has a lot to offer. Public transportation (bus) is a 5 minute walk. The trip to Harvard Square is 10-15 minutes. I live in the home downstairs and am available should you need me during your stay.

The space is in a historic single family home and both the bedroom and bathroom are 100% PRIVATE and separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance. It's on the first floor so there are no stairs!

Jose responded extremely fast to any of our questions and was very friendly. From arrival until the time we left our privacy was respected, and the top half of the house was very quiet. The rental is very clean and dog friendly. This is very close to Boston and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and we will come back for all of our future trips. This is also very close to the Stoneham zoo.

We were visiting family in the area. The place was conveniently located and was in walking distance to our family. The place was clean and nicely furnished for our needs. There are a couple a restaurants nearby that were wonderful. In fact, it is located above a nice restaurant that served breakfast. Very convenient. It is located next to the train so you will hear the crossing and the train. It does not run during the night.

Very convenient location if you are visiting Boston, it’s a short drive to the downtown waterfront and tourist spots. Great place for my extended stay in the Boston area! Stephanie was communicative and flexible. The apartment had tons of awesome amenities that came in handy — including a bunch of toiletries, snacks, games, and even a toy for my dog! Nice location close to downtown Stoneham and the major highways with a grocery store nearby, as well as a nice walking trail. Would highly recommend!

This place was amazing to stay at. It was big enough to accommodate my friends for the Red Sox game we attended nearby. We appreciated the extra amenities and nice touches. The beds were comfy and overall was a great stay. Cannot wait to come back to enjoy again!!

Brandon’s loft is more lovely in reality than included the pictures and comes with more amenities than included in the listing. Although it is an approximately two-minute walk to the Cedar Park commuter rail stop, the loft is very quiet (the trains do not blow whistles). With the commuter train close by, getting into Boston is extremely easy. The bed was very comfortable and there was a choice of pillows which we appreciated. It took several minutes for the water to get hot, but once it did, it was plentiful and the water pressure was good. Brandon sent clear check-in instructions and provided all the information we needed to be at home from the minute we walked in the door. He also checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Brandon’s loft and will definitely stay there the next time we visit our family if it is available.
