Beautiful 17th Century detached Cotswold stone cottage, renovated and furnished to a high standard, located off a quiet country lane with far reaching views, a parking space and patio area. The open plan ground floor looks across the hosts cottage garden, has many original features including a traditional stone fireplace with wood burner, exposed beams and feature walls. The oak staircase leads to the bedroom and bathroom and fabulous views can be enjoyed across the valley. A little gem!

Village on the Cotswold Way trail, 2.5 miles to J13 of the M5 motorway. Outside space includes bench seat, bistro set, parasol and wood burner. Use of the Summerhouse - 2nd key on key ring. Parking is to the front of the property, if this is limited then there is a free car park in the village 300m away.

Little Teasel is a former 17th Century animal shelter lovingly rebuilt to provide a detached ensuite bedroom annexe full of Cotswold charm. It has fabulous far reaching views. The outside space is the 96 acres of common land on which the property stands. Accessed via a stone track with parking outside the property. Good accessibility as just one door step. Cosy underfloor heating throughout. There is a king size bed and ensuite shower. Perfect for a relaxing short stay in the Cotswolds!

Greencourt Loft is a self contained, comfortable and luxurious coach house room situated in the beautiful and quiet village of Middleyard, on the edge of the Cotswold Escarpment in-between Stroud and Stonehouse. Just a few miles from J13 of the M5, we are in an area of outstanding natural beauty with access to open common land and ancient woodland, where mountains bikers, runners walkers and horse riders can all enjoy outdoor activities. The famous Cotswold Way runs close to the property.

This property offers a peaceful and relaxing holiday. we have a local shop in the village run by local volunteers offering a good friendly service with an array of local produce. Next to the shop is the village recreation ground with a designated play area suitable for a game of football or even a picnic. The local Old Fox pub and restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the cottage , a very popular place to eat and it would be advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Located within 5 minutes of J13 M5, this contemporary hi-end self contained studio apartment is set within the grounds of the owners home, situated within walking distance of the quiet village of Eastington with its friendly gastropub. It is beautifully presented and equipped to a high standard. Adjoining the canal, guests can enjoy lovely walks, cycle, or explore other attractions including The Cotswold Way, Stroud Farmers Market, Berkley Castle and Woodchester Mansion.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Beautifully finished, right in the Centre of Stroud near all the wonderful things this Town has to offer. 3 mins walk to the centre, Sub Rooms, Farmers Market, cinema, shops and restaurants. 5 mins walk from the train station. Looking out over Park Gardens. Rear patio and free parking space.

Heaven. Cosmos. Spirit. Sky is one of our two biggest ones and is also accessible to most folks. Something treehouses are not normally known for. And as with all of our Pods, she is perfect for a couple. You can fit two more in though... As there is a hidden single bed and a pukka day bed in there too.
