Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa samt ett fullt utrustat toppmodernt kök och matplats för fyra. Ett badrum med golvvärme, marmorgolv samt marmorväggar. Allt på ett plan. Uteplats med sol till kväll. Hög kvalitet på inredning, alla hushållsmaskiner som espressomaskin med kaffe. Höj- och sänkbart skrivbord samt kontorsstol vid behov.

Mysigt gästhus i ett lummigt och härligt villaområde. Naturområden med skog, hav och sjöar runt knuten - och väldigt bra kommunikationer till Stockholms city. Vardagsrum, dubbelsäng, soffa, matbord och stolar, separat badrum med tvättmaskin, dusch och toalett. Köket är litet, men effektivt och väldesignat. Närmaste busshållplats ligger ca 300 meter bort, bussar går med några minuters mellanrum till Stockholm city. Resan tar 15-20 minuter. Två vuxna med ett yngre barn kan sova bekvämt.

Fully equipped small kitchen with fridge, freezer compartment, a small stove + oven/microwave. Buses every 10 minutes to Slussen and Stockholm archipelago. Swim in the lake nearby. Walking distance to the shopping malls in Sickla or Nacka Forum. Bicycles are available to borrow. Parking space included. Mimnimum 5 days.

Vi hyr ut detta lilla charmiga hus med havsutsikt. Perfekt för dig som vill ha nära till Stockholm men bo nära naturen. Ligger precis vid Nackareservatet och det tar ca 20-30 min med buss till Stockholm (nearby Slussen). Huset har ett sovloft med plats för två personer, ett litet kök och toalett med dusch samt en liten lounge med två fåtöljer. Finns en liten uteplats och möjlighet att låna kajaker. Det går även att hyra en liten motorbåt som ligger i hamnen framför huset.

Stay by the sea! Welcome to our unique house from the 19th century, located by the water, next to a nature reserve and only 9 kilometers to Stockholm! Large plot by the sea in beautiful Saltsjö-Duvnäs (Nacka). A very special house from 1898, which has been completely renovated. You can both swim and fish. It is ideal for families and couples who want a lot of space. Access to the whole house. It is located near the city, only ten minutes by car.

Fristående villa i mysigt villaområde, huset ligger på en lugn gata och har naturområden nära. Huset har stor trädgård med lekstuga, studsmatta, gunga och fruktträd. Stor altan och balkong med möjlighet att sitta ute och äta middag och se solnedgång från ett högt fritt läge. Några minuter bort finns busshållplats som tar er in till Sthlm på under 15 min. Mysigt, samt såväl natur- som stadsnära!

This was the best experience we have had with any rental anywhere. The area is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood of single-family homes, extremely close to a bus stop to go into the city or shopping. This home stood out from other rentals we have had. It was comfortable, functional and very clean, and I have really high standards and usually clean a rental myself upon checkin. Not necessary here. The home was stocked with everything we needed while not being at all cluttered. Therese met us at checkin to go over instructions for the home and to show us where everything was. She was friendly and truly wanted our family to enjoy her home. We were all adults, two couples and my single son and each had our own bathroom. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to enjoy coffee, an afternoon drink or a meal. When returning to Nacka to visit family, this is my first choice in where to stay. Thank You Therese!!!

Had a lovely and most relaxing stay at this holiday home by the water. Everything worked great for us. Beautiful scenery, a neighboring park with lovely walks, fully equipped and sparkly clean stylish home, great kitchen to prepare meals, comfy bed, bus stop right by the house for easy commute to the city, and lovely lovely outdoors, including swims ten times a day... and special visitors to the backyard such as deer, ducks and squirrels as well as the neighbor's cat :) If you don't have a car, remember to bring groceries with you, otherwise it's a few minutes walk. Thank you for this memorable stay.

Smukt og stilfuldt hus, enkelt indrettet, virkelig rent og pænt. Børnene nød poolen og huset passede super til en familie på 5, som os. Beliggende i smukke og rolige omgivelse med tæt adgang til natur, vand, indkøb og spisesteder. Mikael var super vært, responderende hurtigt og behjælpelig med anbefalinger. Sød nabo, der hjælp ved indtjekning og svarede på spørgsmål. Alt i alt dejligt ophold i Stockholm.

Beautiful lakeside Villa, 25 min from Sthlm centre

We were really really satisfied with our stay at Kajsas Lakeside-Villa!! The hosts are very friendly and warm people and could be contacted every time during our stay. Communication with them was fast and excellent just like the cozy house by the lake we stayed in. Everything one could need was there and we were even allowed to take some firewood to use the chimney for the first colder autumn evenings. Also the distance to Stockholm was perfect, if you want both: to live in a place near nature and have a short way to the city (you do not necessarily need your own car because it is easy to get to the city centre with public transportation in 30-40 Minutes from there around the clock -> busstop "Grindstugan" -> sl.se). A visit to Tyresta National Park (www.tyresta.se/english/) is also just 30 Minutes away with public transport. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beuatiful lakeside-villa! Lisa + Hannes

This cosy cabin was one of our favourite Airbnb stays ever. Nestled amongst the trees, and just a few steps from forest walks, the cabin is idyllically situated, but still just 20-30 minutes into the centre of the city. It's small, but beautifully made and thoughtfully designed, so it feels spacious and very well equipped, with everything you could need during your stay, so there's no excuses for not cooking a five star dinner. The bed was very comfy, and the cabin warm, so sleep is blissful, to the sound of the birds. A particular highlight was coffee in the garden, seeing deer just outside the home, and swimming in the lake, which was just five minutes walk. Johanna was an excellent host, friendly and full of recommendations, and helped us with a flexible checkout. Our only regret for this trip was only staying three days, we'll be back the first opportunity we have. For all you folks looking to book, don't hesitate, it's such a beautiful place!
