Here you are also within walking distance of the cross-country trails as well as Björnens center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rental. Walking distance to Åre Ridklubb/Ridhus where it is possible to ride in a fantastic environment.

The apartment is located separately with own entrance. The furnishings with a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, household utensils and a smaller sink and fridge. The apartment of 75 sqm for 6-8 guests is built in 2020 and is located on the ground floor with a deck offering sun from lunch and the entire European Championships/evening. A few minutes walking distance there are both cross country tracks in the area as well as ski rental and restaurants in the shell pass. Access to: Ski storage directly outside the entrance and parking directly adjacent to the apartment.

It is ski in ski out and a nice and cozy newly built apartment (ready 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll and Duved's lift system (they sit together) is just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks tent and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. Snowracern and the sleds are free to borrow:)

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family friendly accommodation close to nature and adventures both summer and winter. In summer you can hike directly from house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 m away. Duveds and Tegefjäll's lift system is built together. Many people think it's the area's best skiing, but you can also take the skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift passes also apply. With hiking skis, you get directly out on the mountain expanses.
