Welcome to this semi-detached house built in 2020 located on Klockarfjäll/Vemdalskalet. The house has good common areas where you can socialize. Windows and large balcony in southwest location overlooking the mountains where the sun shines from lunch to late afternoon/evening. The house is 60 sqm and has the amenities you could wish for with modern decor, sauna and fireplace. Activities are available outside the door, sledding hill, 3 minutes to the ski slope and to cross-country ski trails and 5-minute walk to après ski/restaurants in Skalpasset.

In summer, it is also a good starting point for beautiful hikes. Animals are also welcome here! Built in 2022. 78 sqm. Fully-equipped kitchen and stove, sauna, washing machine. Plenty of parking spaces and access to charging station. Check-in at 3 p.m., check-out at 11 a.m. Departure cleaning is not included. Sheets and towels are not included.

Here you get a fantastic view of the mountain expanses and the magical Sonfjället. About 1 kilometer to Blästervallen with all possible services needed for the perfect winter vacation. 5 minutes by car from Vemdalen By, which has all the necessary services all year round. Charging box from Zaptec at 11 kW, price per KwH according to agreement. Type 2 cable is available.

The apartment is located in a quiet villa in a pleasant residential area, just a stone's throw from Storsjön's small swimming areas, and only 3 km from the city center with good bus connections and a beautiful bike and walking path along Storsjön into town. In the apartment, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen; a bedroom with a comfortable 160 bed; a sofa bed with 140 bed; bathroom; and shower with sauna. We are looking forward to welcoming you!
