Small newly built and cozy farmhouse on my property. Here you live in rural and close to nature, only 1 km from E4 and 2 km to the small ICA store. The house is a stone's throw from the marina and completely close to cozy walking paths in the forest and countryside. 4 km away is one of Nora's nice swimming areas, Sjöviken. 1 mile away is Hörsångs havsbad. Norabygden also offers gems such as Rödhällorna,Valkallen, Lövvik, Fjärdbotten fäbovall and magical fishing village in Berghamn. Here in Nora, the High Coast Trail also runs.

A mile from the Höga Kusten bridge is this cozy house by the bridge of the small Sandöbron. The house is located high with a view of the Ångermanälven river. Here you can enjoy the proximity to nature and easily get to all the sights found in the High Coast area. A lovely glassed-in porch where you can sit and blend in the bravades of the day. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. A travel cot is available for the smallest visitors. The house is fully equipped for year around living.

Here you live a 10-minute walk from Kramfors city center and travel center if you want to leave the car and take excursions by train or bus. Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.
