Our apartment is suitable for home office. It is in a quiet and sunny location. The entrance is separate and leads via the staircase to the upper floor. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, a cozy single bed (1 x 2 meters) and a cozy seating area that can be used as a double bed when folded out, as well as a dining area and TV. The bathroom, as a separate room, is only accessible to you. Starting point for excursions. Parking, small seating area in the garden under the trees.

There are also plenty of cycle paths and hiking trails on foot, as well as the Creszentia pilgrimage route.

The apartment is rural and quietly located in the direct neighboring village to Kaufbeuren with quick access to the regional cycling and hiking trail network. An extra bed is available on request. Parking space right by the house.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
