It offers 2 bedrooms/living rooms and kitchen with sea view, bathroom with windows, courtyard and 2nd toilet, washing machine and storage. Βρίσκεται στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία της Στούπας,καθώς η πρόσβαση στη παραλία της Καλόγριας είναι δυνατή εντός 2λεπτών μέσω σκαλιών που βρίσκονται στα 10μ. από το διαμέρισμα,ενώ παράλληλα η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Στούπας είναι επίσης ξεκούραστη αφού διαρκεί το πολύ 5λεπτά με αργό περπάτημα.Το διαμέρισμα είναι μόλις ανακαινισμένο και η πανοραμική θέα του μπαλκονιού είναι αδύνατον να περιγραφεί.Είναι ένας μοναδικός συνδυασμός βουνού και θάλασσας.

The Mulberry - Garden, Sea & Sun

This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Amazing views to the mountains and the sea, completed by a roof top terrace for relaxing sun sets you will find plenty of space and privacy for a perfect holiday experience.

Newly built 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with pool near Kalogria beach in the picturesque village of Stoupa. Built in line with the local tradition of stone towers in the area the villa has visible stone throught the layout and is composed of 2 large bedrooms, both en-suite and a kitchen area overlooking the private pool. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a fireplace for your winter escapes. Enjoy the proximity to Kalogria and stoupa beach and the lovely cafes and restaurants.

This was probably one of the best Airbnb's I stayed at. There were so many considerate and attentive gestures, like fresh water, foods, beers in the fridge, coffee, soaps, shampoos, you name it. The area is gorgeous and peaceful and you will hear (and see!) the jackals howling at night. Diamanto was very kind and hospitable and the communication went excellent. Thank you for a nice stay!!

We had a great stay with Gabriele as a couple with our two-year-old son. The garden is wildly romantic, with plenty of privacy and great terraces for eating, sunbathing, playing, yoga... and a view of the sea! For us, the house was perfect and we liked the individual design and use of "real" materials such as wood and stone very much. But if you're looking for an Ikea apartment, you're in the wrong place. Perhaps another note: the bathroom is small (but fully functional) and only separated by a swinging door. Not a problem for us, but if you don't know each other well, maybe unusual. The location near Stoupa with all the restaurants and yet quiet, 10 minutes walk to the great beach Kalogria, 5 minutes to the supermarket is great! Gabriele was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!

Don't normally leave reviews but this villa & the owner Niko certainly warrant one! Our first stay in Stoupa & didn't disappoint, great location, 5min walk to supermarkets, 10min walk to Stoupa/Kalogria beach & restaurants. Niko greeted us on arrival, taking time to show us where everything was. The finish is excellent with such attention to detail, better than the photos. Fully equipped modern kitchen, amazing coffee machine and milk frother that Niko kept topped up with beans! Aircon throughout, automatic shutters at every window, outdoor security lighting around the villa, beautiful pool area with super comfy bean bags & loungers, bbq area with sink & outdoor dining & great view of the mountains. Bedrooms/bathroom lovely, walk-in showers. Lots of wardrobe/drawer storage, loads of towels inc beach/pool ones & plenty of hangers!! Felt so relaxed & at home & Niko was always on hand to check we were happy. One of the best holidays we have had, what a find, we will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb tower! The views of the countryside are stunning and so peaceful. It’s the perfect spot for morning yoga in the designated outdoor area, where you can enjoy the fresh air and calm surroundings. The design of the tower is impeccable—everything is modern, stylish, and super comfortable. Plus, it was extremely clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape in a beautiful setting, this place is ideal! Highly recommend it!
