Duplex de charme (60 m2 loi Carrez, 90m2 au sol), dans un immeuble classé situé à deux minutes de la cathédrale (vue sur la cathédrale depuis le salon et l’une des chambres). Appartement lumineux, très bien équipé, situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, traversant et offrant une vue dégagée.
