Beachfront holiday rentals in Stromboli

Eine einfache aber wunderschöne Villa mit viel Platz, mehreren Terassen und einem wunderschönen und unverbautem Blick auf das Meer. Von dort kann man zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden und man kann jeden Tag etwas neues entdecken. Sei es das Castello, den Capo Milazzo oder das alte und neue Zentrum der Stadt. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber auch das hat seinen Charme. Ja, es gibt keine richtigen Duschen oder eine Klimaanlage, aber das wurde durch die Aussicht, den großzügigen Garten und vieles mehr wieder wettgemacht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch Alessandra und ihre Familie. Superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren total nett und zeitnah auf Anfragen. Vielen Dank für 2 tolle Wochen auf Sizilien.

This was the perfect place for four adults to stay, close to the harbour, restaurants and cafes and a supermarket across the street. The apartment had everything we needed and the roof top deck was perfect for late afternoon drinks. We would love to come back but it’s a long way from Australia!

Tutto perfetto! Posizione ottima, nei dintorni spiagge, bar, ristoranti, ma allo stesso tempo silenzioso per dormire la notte. Consigliatissimo

l'alloggio è in una posizione splendida, ha un terrazzo meraviglioso sopra Marina Corta. E' in una zona pedonale vicinissima al centro città. E' un alloggio fornito di tutto e noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'unico piccolo inconveniente è che ci sono delle scale un po ripide!

A wonderful authentic Sicilian apartment on the main (but never too noisey) street of Lipari. So close to everything and walking distance to the port. Also, HIGHLY recommend the restaurant Osteria San Bartolo - the best food we had in Sicily bar far with an outstanding wine list.

Si trova in pieno centro storico a Lipari in zona tranquilla, a 5 minuti dal porto e vicina a locali e servizi. è accessoriata, un nido comodo e informale. La nostra vacanza è stata speciale grazie all'accoglienza di Marcello, che ci è venuto a prendere in porto, ci ha accompagnati in luoghi spettacolari e offerto esperienze e racconti con Paola con attenzione e disponibilità rare.

Met ons gezin genoten van ons verblijf! De schildpadden in de tuin waren een groot succes bij onze kinderen. Het was gemakkelijk om met de bussen andere prachtige plekken op het eiland te bezoeken. Daarnaast was Luciano de perfecte gastheer die altijd klaar stond om ons te helpen. We hopen zeker terug te komen naar deze magische plek.

Cinque stelle solo perché non se ne possono dare sei… Marco è stato perfetto da tutti i punti di vista, ci è venuto a prendere al porto , portandoci i bagagli nell’appartamento, appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, super funzionale e comodissimo. In pieno centro a Lipari. Anche al check out ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli nell’appartamento, portandoceli al porto all’orario dell’aliscafo. E permettendoci quindi di fare un giro per il paese liberi da pesi. Sceglietelo senza perplessità! Grazie Marco

L’appartement de Patrizia est vraiment super ! Il est très lumineux avec sa grande baie vitrée qui permet d’avoir une vue au dessus des toits sur la mer. La salle de bain est récente et très propre, ainsi que le reste du logement. Patrizia a été très arrangeante et la communication a été facile. Il faut savoir qu’en période hivernale, de novembre à mars, la zone commune du logement est fermée, mais ce n’a pas été un problème car la nuit tombe vite et se retrouver le soir dans l’appartement à été agréable car bien équipé. De manière général, en hiver il n’y a pas grand chose d’ouvert sur l’île de Lipari. Néanmoins, nous avons quand même trouvé des bars et restaurants d’ouvert, et fait de nombreuses randonnées, sous le soleil ☀️

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida location con due piscine collegate tra loro e con la spiaggia ( 2 sdraio e ombrellone incluso) a due passi, coccolati fin dal nostro arrivo, dal proprietario Andrea e dal suo gentilissimo staff. Lo consiglio vivamente, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini o per chi cerca tranquillità e relax. Si torna sempre dove si è stati bene… quindi a presto! Antonio

Cinque stelle sono poche per stare in Paradiso. La casetta è comoda e ben tenuta ma il vero punto di forza è il patio con una delle viste più belle che potreste mai desiderare. Strastrastraconsigliato!

Siamo un gruppo di 6 amici che hanno trascorso una bellissima vacanza nel Nord della Sicilia. La villa di Nicoletta è stupenda, posizionata vicino al mare, di fronte alle isole eolie, che si ammirano dalla terrazza sulla quale abbiamo fatto colazione, qualche cena e tante chiacchere prima di andare a dormire. Difficile trovare qualcosa di negativo su villa Fortunato! Anzi no.... trovato!!!!!!! Gli orologi presenti sulle pareti della casa sono tutti fermi......In realtà durante la nostra permanenza a Gioiosa Marea il tempo è passato, purtroppo, velocissimo. Un ringraziamento speciale a Nicoletta per le sue "puntuali" e cortesi attenzioni. Consigliatissimo!

superbe séjour dans l'appartement de Fiorella, la vue sur le détroit entre vulcano et lipari est somptueuse, en regardant passer les voiliers on peut voir tout l'archipel des éoliennes et des couchés de soleil fantastique. la résidence est loin de tous les commerces, nous étions a pieds : 20min de la plage et 25/30 minutes des commerces. je recommande +++ merci pour tout

la dimora (non si può chiamare semplicemente casa) è non solo rispondente alle foto pubblicate sul sito ma ancora più bella. per chi come me è innamorata di altre isole (Stromboli e Filicudi) la posizione, impareggiabile è stata il vero valore aggiunto insieme agli esterni e anche agli arredamenti, estremamente funzionali.

Salvatore è stato un host eccezionale, sempre presente e molto disponibile, prodigo di consigli e segnalazioni. Casa piccola (rispondente alla descrizione) ma molto ordinata, nuova nelle finiture e nelle dotazioni e pulita. Posizione in una zona dell'isola molto bella e con una vista fantastica.

This was a lovely 6 night stay. The property is very well maintained, beautiful flower gardens everywhere, the pool area was lovely too. Luca was helpful with recommendations for beaches, lidos, restaurants and boat hire. Thanks so much Luca

Graziella and Filippo’s unit was impeccable. Fully equipped and above expectations. Filippo greeted us personally upon our arrival and oriented us to the condo, which was very nice. He was also readily available throughout our trip. The condo is upscale and modern and gave us plenty of room to ourselves. The view from The living room and bedrooms of the Castello di Milazzo was beautiful and I will never forget it. The balcony is very large as pictured and we enjoyed having our breakfast and dinner while taking in the view. He equipped the living room with a high quality projector and watching movies there was like an experience at a movie theatre. We also rented a mid-sized SUV (by American standards) and it was able to fit in the assigned parking space without issue. The condo is located in a prime location, nearby shopping, bakeries, restaurants, the pier, the beach and the port. I would absolutely recommend his unit and will personally try to return in the future.

Need a car to stay here, easy to miss the entry road, but once you’ve got it it was all good, the apartment was very clean well stocked with facilities, no wifi, aldo left me some nice gifts for arrival coffee, water, wine !!!! Thank goodness, if you arrive on Sunday afternoon, pick up your food on route the shops locally are closed when you are tired and hungry aldo sent me details of shops that was great. He’s an excellent host and communicator, the views !! Oh my lord, they are truly magnificent! I want to live there! The sofa beds take some adjusting to, but ok, quiet area and neighbours perfect tranquil place, shops short drive away, and you are central Sicily to explore days out. Fresh Italian coffee on the balcony in morning Lovely just lovely. Good hot water/ shower washing machine, lots of cooking /serving utensils and crockery, cleaning equipment. Aldo was always helpful and kind which I appreciated as a lone female traveller, nothing is too much trouble. Loved it ! 🥰

The property was better than the description. It was ammaculately clean. The accommodation was very tastefully decorated. The appliances were all of a high standard as was the furniture beds ect. Very spacious place. No negatives at all. Ellena was very helpful and responded to all queries promptly. Would stay again.

We had an awesome time in Alessandros Place. It was probably the best place we stayed in all our travels around Sicily. Very cozy and clean, great location and Alessandro was really kind and caring. Overall a great experience!

In due abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale di Pippo per 3 giorni pieni. l'host è sempre stato disponibile a fornirci supporto e a farci conoscere altri contatti utili. Fronte mare come da descrizione. consigliamo di noleggiare un motorino o al porto o a Pecorini per godersi al massimo l'isola. grazie ancora a Pippo per tutto

Nous remercions Antonella pour son accueil. Elle s’est montrée disponible pour nous et réactive. La plage presque privée est un vrai luxe et l’extérieur est très sympa. En revanche la maison est divisée en plusieurs appartement, dont celui du propriétaire ce qui n’étais pas indiqué dans l’annonce. Sur les photos de l’annonce on trouve plusieurs endroits qui sont finalement inaccessible et c’est un peu dommage. La route pour accéder au logement est catastrophique (chemin de terre et tunnel infranchissable en voiture) ce qui rend le stationnement très difficile. Nous avons apprécié néanmoins notre séjour à la casa di pippi, un endroit très apaisant si vous voulez passer des vacances au calme !

Das Haus war sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ivan war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Er ist sehr flexibel. Wir dachten, dass wir vor 15 Uhr ankommen und hätten dann schon in das Haus gedurft. Das Haus ist wunderschön am Meer gelegen. Man kann in allen Zimmern immer das Meeresrauschen hören, was wir sehr genossen haben. Zum Strand muss man nur einen Sandweg überqueren. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Auch die Sonnenuntergänge und der Blick auf die Liparischen Inseln sind herrlich. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight des Hauses. Der Weg zum Haus ist ein Sandweg, der sehr ausgefahren ist. Darauf macht Ivan in seiner Anzeige aufmerksam. Und mit einem höher liegenden Auto, zum Beispiel Panda, kommt man gut dorthin. Die Wegbeschreibung, Beschreibung für die Müllentsorgung und den Umgang mit den vorhandenen Geräten ist sehr gut und ausführlich. Man muss sie nur lesen und sich daran halten. Danke Ivan. Wenn es uns möglich ist, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!!!

This apartment exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, a small but well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals, and even a washing machine, which we truly appreciated during our trip. But the absolute highlight of this place is the rooftop terrace 😊 we enjoyed our meals and sipped wine there while taking in the stunning views over Lipari. The location couldn't be better, the apartment is just a short walk to the port, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's the perfect base for exploring the island. Excellent value for money! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lipari!
