La maison de Claudio est un véritable havre de paix. La maison est singulière, atypique et reflète la personnalité de Claudio. Si vous êtes curieux et rechercher un endroit où déconnecter allez-y les yeux fermés. La maison est en parfaite adéquation avec la nature qui l’entoure. Que dire de la terrasse avec vue sur la vallée qui est absolument somptueuse. De plus Claudio vous donnera d’excellents conseils pour découvrir l’île de Filicudi hors des sentiers battus.

Eine Oase inmitten der lebhaften Altstadt von Lipari. Ehrwürdiges und charmantes Altstadthaus mit viel Flair und dennoch modernem Komfort. Die geräumige Unterkunft erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und verfügt (neben zwei Schlafzimmern) über zwei Bäder, eine Küche und ein Esszimmer mit Zugang zum Innenhof. Der schattige und begrünte Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen abseits des Straßenlärms ein. Das Highlight sind die beiden Schildkröten. Auch die Lage ist optimal, nur wenige Schritte bis zur Marina Corta, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Besondere Empfehlung: der Spaziergang auf den Domhügel morgens, bevor die Touristengruppen kommen. Wir wurden vom Besitzer empfangen, der uns freundlich alles erklärte und gute Tipps gab. Ein wirklich besonderer Ort, sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Idyllisch gelegenes, einfaches, charmantes Häuschen mit 3 verschiedenen Terrassen mit unverbauter Sicht auf den Vulkan.

The house is beautifully secluded, just two minutes away from a private lovely beach with turquoise waters, hidden between pine trees with the sound of crickets in the background... Who could ask for anything more! This is the prefect place to get away from it all, completely submerged in nature in a beautiful typical Eolien Villa. The house is well equipped and our hosts were always available, extremely welcoming and friendly and gave us wonderful insider tips to discover the island (although we could have stayed in the house our entire vacation). Definitely one of the best Airbnb's we've been to, we can't wait to return!

Siamo stati a Giugno da Bartolo, desiderosi di staccare dalla città e visitare Lipari. Abbiamo scelto la casa di Bartolo lontana dal centro abitato ma comunque vicina ai servizi essenziali. Le foto non rendono giustizia, bisogna esserci. La casa è in una posizione splendida con una vista fantastica di Vulcano e di Lipari. all'interno non mancava nulla e tutto super pulito. dovessimo tornare a Lipari torneremmo a casa di Bartolo!

esperienza meravigliosa il luogo è incredibile per la vista e per l'anima e se si vuole dimenticare ogni tipo di confusione non agevole per i servizi essenziali se si è senza un mezzo di locomozione

Bellissima esperienza in una casa tipica a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, come essere a casa dotata di tutte le attrezzature

Giuseppe è stato ospitale e disponibile sin da prima del nostro arrivo, con informazioni e tips sull’isola, la casa molto carina e si trova all’interno di un giardino da cui sgorga acqua termale collegata anche ad una doccia privata nel giardino, nonostante la casa (come tutta l’isola) avesse un piccolo problema con le zanzare Giuseppe si è messo subito a disposizione e ha risolto la situazione. Spero che la prossima volta che tornerò sull’isola potrò essere di nuovo suo ospite

La host Francesca molto disponibile e cordiale, casa molto comoda per i servizi, casa arredata di tutto ed a 5 minuti dal mare. Nel complesso abbiamo passato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Lo consigliamo vivamente, sicuramente torneremo!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis chez Elisa. Toutes les informations précises nous ont été données pour arriver au logement. L’appartement est bien spacieux, très bien situé, proche de la mer et à proximité de la ville. A recommander pour visiter Milazzo, les îles éoliennes....

La casa è in una posizione strategica ed ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. L'host è sempre molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Il punto forte della casa è sicuramente il fatto di avere due terrazzi molto spaziosi. Ci tornerei senza dubbio!

esperienza estremamente positiva ,eravamo due coppie piu un parente ,abbiamo avuto a disposizione tre camere da letto arredate,pulite,complete di tutto,la cucina soggiorno grande ed accogliente,che non abbiamo utilizzato ,posto tranquillo in periferia ma poco distante dal centro e sopratutto dal mare.esperienza da ripetere .brancati e co.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt bei Davide. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist ihren Preis alle Male wert! Die Umgebung ist ruhig und man kann sich wunderbar entspannen. Von dem Balkon gibt es einen super Ausblick auf das Meer. Besonders morgens! Ich empfehle eine Tour auf den Vulkan, mit einer der lokalen Bergsteiger Vereinigungen auf Stromboli. Davide ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Alle Fragen die ich hatte wurden mir schnell und gut beantwortet. Ich kann die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen und würde mich freuen hier nochmal zu übernachten!

Wir waren begeistert von unserem Familienurlaub (7 Personen) in der sehr schön gelegenen Villa auf einer kleinen Bergkuppe mit unglaublich tollem Blick über die Insel bis Stromboli und Sizilien. Es sind nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto ins Stadtzentrum Liparis. Es gibt dort viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Auffahrt ist mit einem großen Auto ein wenig abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran ;) Die Villa ist sehr großzügig und im wunderbaren Stil der Insel liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Ein kleines Manko ist das fehlen einer Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. So bleiben vorallem die kleinen Zimmer (trotz offener Fenster in der Nacht und Durchzug) ziemlich heiß. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und insgesamt entzückend und zweckmäßig - es gibt um das ganze Haus verteilt zusätzliche Grillplätze und Steinofen. Auch toll sind die vielen Tische und Sitzmöglichkeiten verteilt um das ganze Haus, sodass man immer im Schatten sitzen kann.

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Villa, der wunderschöne Garten und der Pool waren perfekt für uns. Die Betreuung durch den Hausmeister und seine Empfehlungen waren super. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Giuseppina is a great host — super available, kind and friendly! The house is wonderful and it has a stunning view over Lipari’s port and it’s located in a very peaceful neighbourhood, Monterosa. Having breakfast from the veranda, right after the sunrise, it was an amazing experience. We fully recommend it.

The house was spacious and comfortable with stunning views and a beautiful terrace. We enjoyed our stay so much and felt right at home.

We had wonderful 2 weeks at the house. It is a beautiful place with a stunning view on the sea. It was our first time in Stromboli and we fell in love with the island. The house was freshly renovated and looked even better than on the pictures. Many pieces of old furniture, paintings of the island and ceramic make it very cosy. We often went to the small beautiful beach directly next to the house that was empty most of the times. We can highly recommend Marcello’s house.

Krásný dům, skvělé venkovní posezení na různých místech zahrady/teras, celkově skvěle vybavený, především jsme ocenili venkovní kuchyň s grilem, kde jsme si mohli grilovat čerstvé mořské dobroty z blízké prodejny, vybavení na vaření perfektní, majitelka nijak neobtěžovala a informace co jsme potřebovali nám ochotně a rychle poskytla. Určitě můžeme doporučit, ubytováni místo perfektní

la dimora (non si può chiamare semplicemente casa) è non solo rispondente alle foto pubblicate sul sito ma ancora più bella. per chi come me è innamorata di altre isole (Stromboli e Filicudi) la posizione, impareggiabile è stata il vero valore aggiunto insieme agli esterni e anche agli arredamenti, estremamente funzionali.

A beautiful large house with amazing sea views. Beautiful indoor pool, sauna and entertainment area. We were a group of 10 and there was plenty of space. The agent who is in charge of this listing was not communicative at all but luckily the owners were very nice and easy to speak to.
