Cozy cottage with loft and basement near forest and swimming

On a private part of our property is located this cottage with close proximity to forest, swimming lake and restaurants by the water. You have your own parking space and take care of check-in yourself. Double bed is available in the loft and in the basement there are two bedrooms with a single bed and one pull-out double bed (Ikeas Hemnes). In the basement there is also a workspace. New modern kitchen with everything you need. Outside the cottage there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture. Bus from Stockholm takes 30-45 minutes and further out there are boats to the archipelago islands.

Fresh air in a quiet forest environment

All on its own, at the edge of our property is our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Only nature and at a stone's throw distance, there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycle can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Charming guest house on Norra Lagnö

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis near the sea. Norra Lagnö is only 20 minutes' drive from the lock and 5 minutes' drive from Gustavsberg where you will find a Coop, Systembolaget, etc. Please note that the bathroom and washing machine are 10 meters away in the basement of the main building (to which the tenant has sole access). SUP boards are included if you want to get out on the water, as well as the possibility to borrow bicycles. If you come by boat, there is a boat dock. Welcome!

Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma kanal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and the TV sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple sometimes recharges their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Here in the arms of the forest you will find our Attefall house surrounded by peace and quiet. The area is filled with hiking trails that wind through the forest and only a stone's throw away you will find a beautiful lake – perfect for a cooling dip. Further a bit further away is the sea. In the front of the house there is a small deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. The home is just newly built and equipped with all the modern standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
