Fresh air in quiet forest environment

All on its own, at the edge of our property is our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Only nature and at a stone's throw distance, there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

The cottage is located high up. Sun much of the day/evening. Natural plot shared with main building. Neighbors are around, not close, you can help yourself. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a mini kitchen as well as a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. three km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both near the cottage and at Värmdö there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus stop with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to a grocery store. Two bicycles are available.

Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma Canal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and tea sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple themselves sometimes recharge their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

This cottage is located in Evlinge in Värmdö municipality and is close to the water with swimming area (approx. 2500 meter). A lot of nature is close at hand with great hiking opportunities. Short walk to the bus that takes you to Stockholm. Charming newly renovated cottage that houses features for a comfortable cozy accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.

Peaceful oasis in an archipelago setting

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas i skärgårdsmiljö. Här har ni egen uteplats med grill och 100m till havet med tillgång till vår privata brygga och roddbåt. Ett par hundra meter in i skogen finns även en mysig badsjö. Stugan har egen infart och parkering, dubbelsäng, enkelt kök, utedusch, förbränningstoalett och möjlighet till extrasäng, lån av paddleboard och cyklar. This home offers a 100 sqm interior that includes a cozy fireplace and a roomy sauna. The house sits on a substantial 2,000 sqm plot surrounded by peaceful natural scenery and near the idyllic Älvsalaviken. The generous terrace areas, which spans over 150 sqm, provides a perfect setting for outdoor living. It's equipped with a sizeable gas grill. For leisure and play, there are several lawns, a trampoline and swings. Wood-fired hot tub available for a surcharge.

This is a comfortable and child-friendly place to stay.
