The house is a stone's throw from the marina and very close to cozy hiking trails in the forest and countryside. 4 km away is one of Nora's nice swimming areas, Sjöviken. 10 km away is Hörsångs sea swimming area. Norabygden also offers strawberry picking spots such as Rödhällorna, Valkallen, Lövvik, Fjärdbotten's fäbovall and the magical fishing village in Berghamn. Here in Nora, you can also walk the High Coastal Trail.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. You are close to the river and the sea and can make day trips throughout the High Coast. Everything from a river trip with Ådalen 3, a dinner at High Coast Whisky, swimming out in Hörsång, playing golf in Norrfällsviken or maybe climbing or hiking in Skuleskogen.
