The estate is in a protected natural reserve and offers a wide variety of activities suitable for all ages, including wonderful walks by the Thames path, cycling, swimming, tennis courts, football pitch, two kids play areas, paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing and fishing.

A self contained first floor studio apartment with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom located in the beautiful Painswick Valley. The studio is a attached to a large house and guests are welcome to enjoy our gardens and swimming pool when not in use by our family. It sleeps 4 (1 double and 1 sofa bed in the same room). Self catered- but can stock fridge in advance on request. Easy access to Stroud, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tetbury, Cirencester. Beautiful local walks and pubs.

Located within the family friendly Lower Mill Estate, Riverbank House offers guests a spacious 4 bedroom property with private garden on the Thames, surrounded by greenery and lake views. Indoor and outdoor pool and spa access with sauna/steam. On site lakes with boat access (non-motorised), fishing, tennis courts, playgrounds, trails, bike and boat rental shop, restaurant and shop within estate. Cottage is located in a protected nature reserve with many miles of hikes and trails to explore.

Doe Bank, Great Washbourne

Our guest house is set in it's own garden on our family farm, with beautiful views of Bredon hill and surrounding Gloucestershire countryside. There are three bedrooms, three shower rooms and a sitting/living room. There is a small kitchenette in the main living area, with fridge, oven, hobs, and sink. This allows guests to make their own light meals and hot drinks. Guest have use of a patio with seating, outside fire and hot tub. The pool is available 9am- 5pm August until 8th September.
