This apartment was completely renovated in 2014, preserving the original frescoes from the 1600s-1700s that are on all the interior walls Its beautiful balcony and windows overlook the Famous Loggia del Porcellino. Carefully furnished with elegant high-end furniture, it is truly a gem. The apartment was completely and finished restoring (excluding the frescoes) in JUNE 2014 with the highest quality materials and with all the comforts you need and tastefully furnished. The building is from 1200 and inside the entire apartment, the interior walls have original and unrestored frescoes, from the year 700. Ideal for those who want to experience the history of Florence. It is in a fantastic location and above all in the middle of the pedestrian area. For those who love to visit the city's most important monuments and museums, they can be reached quickly on foot without any need for any public service as the apartment is in the heart of the historic center. Guests will have the entire apartment and all its amenities at their disposal. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. Fast trains are a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Many guests find it amazing to have a day trip to Rome, Venice or Milan from this location. Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, and a large living area. The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. To reach the elevator, you’ll need to climb 20 steps. There may be noise caused by tourists, is not predictable.
